Helpful as far as car dealerships go! Know what they're talking about. Have had my car for a few months and no issues. Good part ex price too. Overall pleased with my purchase

Have done a lot of business with Northampton Car Company over the years, and would probably not buy a car anywhere else. Have always had a great relationship with Joe and the owners of NCC, and they always gone the extra mile to ensure I'm happy. Any issues I've had with the cars, they have helped me to get the car fixed and in a timely manner. The last car I purchased from NCC, I was given a great price on my P/X and Joe even delivered the car to my house (as I did not have any transportation). I then purchased another car from NCC a year later, and Joe personally came and collected my old car and delivered the new car to me in turn. I have recommended NCC to many of my family, friends and colleague, who have all had positive dealings with NCC - overall a friendly bunch, great to do business with and always leave with a smile on my face!

I dealt with Joe, and some other bloke when buying my car. I was told the car had 12 months MOT and would be serviced - no evidence of the service taking place and had to send my car back within the space of a month to get a new brake calliper fitted as it was leaking. When doing this, my car was left outside a random store and my keys were handed to someone who I didn't know and had no relation to the car shop for them to give me my car back. Communication was poor also. One year down the line, I put it in for an MOT and it costs me the best part of £1,000! After speaking with the garage who carried out the MOT (used by most of my family, and used by myself for years - so trusted) they have told me its unlikely most of the things wrong with the car would have happened within the last year and should have been picked up on the last MOT. Northampton Car Company are not trustworthy in my opinion.
