Avoid at all cost. i have put 1 star as i cannot put 0. Worst customer experience ever. The woman at reception is out right nasty. My car was there for 3 weeks and they did not even looked at it. I had to get it towed somewhere else. When I collected the car keys that woman did not care nor apologised for their total lack of everything. Worst garage ever
I exchanged my car for another one and after a few days it was having problems had my the car serviced and was told it was dangerous to drive as the suspension was broken - had to go through a great deal just o get my car back - eventually I did but had to pay an additional 300.00 will never go back to the Northbank Garage.

DO NOT buy a used car from this garage. I spent 12 thousand pound on a car and after 3 weeks it developed a problem which it still has. They have told me today there is nothing they will do about it. Disgusting service. Don’t waste your money here like I did please.
Fantastic garage with awesome customer service. Quick turn around when purchasing a car. Told me all the details about the car and gave me a great part exchange price for my old one. Highly recommended
