Martin Diep, was very professional, helpful and polite. Gave me plenty of options, He made the process pleasurable rather than a struggle, even down tuning my phone into the cars system. Very pleased. Time.
Recently bought a grandland in good faith. Nothing but problems from start to finish. Ended up selling for a massive loss. Still waiting for a call from the dealership after 5 weeks. Shocking customer service. They don't care once they have sold the vehicle
Jenny Swindon in response to VAUXHALL grandland
You won’t get anywhere, I had this and honestly they don’t care. We had exactly the same issue, took it for a year and then I caved in, had to scrap the car and I lost thousands.. so now I am spreading the word to try and save others from this treatment, they just don’t care
I was extremely pleased with the buying process from Vauxhall Watford. They were all very friendly and great communication throughout the process. Great friendly service by all staff made me feel very welcome. The car I had originally seen online sold quickly, but they kept an eye out for a Corsa that met my requirements and the perfect vehicle came along. I was put at ease throughout the whole process and very happy with my new vehicle. Would recommend this dealer for your needs to all friends and family.
Wish I could give more than 5 stars, the sales team are an asset to Vauxhall. I am very happy with my new Astra, phenomenal service would recommend to everyone.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership, and I must say that my experience has been a nightmare and I do not reccomend them to anyone else. Having a looked at other reviews and platforms, cars with hidden issues being sold is not a surprise. Within just a month of ownership, I encountered a significant issue—a persistent service light indicating the need for engine oil top-up. My efforts to communicate this issue to the dealership, were met with disappointment. Promised call-backs never materialised and no responsibility was taken at the time as I was simply told to keep an eye on it. Subsequent attempts to contact the dealership also proved unfruitful. The Sales Manager assured me that the service department would get in touch, but again, no communication ensued. Despite my continuous efforts, the dealership failed to address the issue and get in touch with me so I had to seek assistance from a local Dealership Specialist. Their tests confirmed a faulty engine which needs to be completely replaced. They also discovered that the car was sold to me with warped brake disks which are unsafe. Having requested a refund for the car all communications with me suddenly increased. Although, as a gesture of goodwill and to get the process moving, I said I would be willing to overlook the several £100s of pounds worth of expenses I have suffered (+ transporation costs from being left without a vehicle), James Basting, their used car manager has been refusing a refund. They have also falsely claimed that I never gave them a chance to repair the car (Although the specialist has already said the car needs a new engine); the opportunity the dealership forfeited after ignoring my calls and not taking responsibility for the faulty vehicle they sold. The case will be going to court and I am awaiting a response from their solicitor. Poor management from the dealership and James Basting is both disappointing and worrying as it seems they would rather go to court rather than accept responsibility for a faulty vehicle that has been sold. It is also worrying how they are not accepting the report and findings of the brand Specialist.

Jenny Swindon in response to Awful! Avoid!
I had the same issue with them. Even worse with regards to their on site staff. They don't care. It cost me £10k+ in the end and as much as they respond to reviews on line, they do nothing in person - they don't care
Karolina in response to Awful! Avoid!
Hi, did your case is resolved? We just had same issue with car and i feel like they sold us faulty car. Im stressed to think about going to court.
Be aware when purchasing a vehicle from this place. Do not be fooled by the warranty being a safety net . Vehicles as well as the sales person are decorated to deceive you. Hidden faults are everywhere upon the vehicles and within the sales person.
Warning, don’t bother to travel to buy a car from this garage. We enquired about a specific used car. We’re were sent a video, told them it was exactly what we were looking for and booked a viewing an test drive. We told them we had an hour and a half journey there and were leaving immediately. Despite the fact that they were expecting us we arrived to bet met on the forecourt by Marcin the manager who told us ‘not to shoot the messenger’ but that they had someone in the showroom signing the paperwork to purchase the car that we had travelled to see. He clearly knew the situation, and was expecting us but had sanctioned the sale to someone else anyway. At no time were we told that we needed to pay a deposit or that they might sell the car whilst we were en route to see it. They should have had the decency to wait for us to arrive, knowing we were on our way to them. A wasted 3 hour round trip. We were so shocked and disgusted we just went home. I phoned to officially complain to the manager the following day and received no proper apology. The phone call of apology form the salesman Gabriel which I was promised was never received. They have no morals, no decency, the way we were treated by the was utterly disgraceful.
I have recently bought a vauxhall mokka gs line and was very excited to receive the vehical. I highly recommend manraj nagi to help you with your purchase, he was extremely professional and helped me with every aspect of the sales process, the car arrived earlier than expected and manraj kept me up to date on all the delivery details as well as any outstanding paperwork. The handover process was smooth he went through everything with me and was more than happy to answer all my questions and queries. From a sales prospective i was very impressed and the customer service from him was 5*. However from the vehical service side of things i do believe they need improvement as the communication is quite poor and you have to continuously keep chasing them up in order for them to respond and deal with any issues you have with your vehical.
