Northgate cars provides an excellent service for people wishing to part exchange their car. The staff are very helpful and supportive and completely understood individual circumstances without lots of pressure to buy immediately or stress. There were a couple of things that needed looking at a couple of weeks after I brought the car home and they sorted out the problems without any questions and very quickly. Bought a low mileage (50,000 miles in 10 years) Toyota Auris three months ago and Northgate Cars were very helpful. Once I'd checked the car out and done a test drive they made it straight forward to complete the sale. They sent the car through for an MOT, so it would be as ready as possible for me to collect and had everything tip-top when I came back a few days later to collect. Since then, three months down the line, the car has been... absolutely fine. It had been well looked after and well serviced, but I haven't had any issues. Can't really complain about anything and would certainly recommend Northgate, especially if you've not much experience of car buying and need a bit of guidance to make sure you've got everything covered.

Traveled from Edinburgh to buy a car from Northgate Cars based on a number of calls with staff at Northgate. They were always courteous, and keen to help. I would have no issues doing business with them again, despite the distance, if the right car came up.
