My experience with Rick and Northbridge Cars can only be described as excellent. Through the entire process of looking for a vehicle I was treated with professionalism and honesty. I travelled 400 miles to Northridge cars to look at a 52 year old classic car, which i purchased with no hesitation. It was accurately described and just what i was looking for, Rick and his team were very helpfull in every way, Put it through an MOT kept me updated of it's transportation to my home. Purchased a Suzuki Splash Automatic and absolutely delighted with the car. I have a mobility issue and could not travel to London to make train connections to Hemel Hempstead. No problem, Rick arranged for me to be transported from Stevenage station. This company is first class. They do not sell lemons only QUALITY cars... I have just purchased a Ford focus and was attended to by Rick Walker who was friendly and made me feel very comfortable and could not have been more helpful. They even bought my wife a lovely bunch of flowers. Class act and would 100% recommend these guys and would use them again. Richy Guy
My Mum and I really needed to downsize our car. Unfortunately I am not able to get finance or a bank loan due to my circumstances. My Mum cannot get a loan because of her age nor finance as she doesn't drive. We went into Northridge Cars and explained our situation. We were made to feel extremely welcome and they gave me a great price for my car, threw in a years warranty and best of all,,, it didn't cost me a penny. We were both so happy and relieved. We bought the Hyundai i10 The day we went to pick up my new car, again, made so welcome, then they gave me a discount voucher for their servicing department and a beautiful box of flowers. I can't praise them enough. They are absolutely brilliant. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. THANK YOU NORTHRIDGE CARS.
