Northridge Cars offered me a price for a PX that I thought was right and what I expected for the car! I also thought the Nissan I bought from there was definitely good value for money. I've had no problems what so ever and for that reason I would 100% recommend them!

I had a very good experience dealing with Northridge Cars. They were very helpful and friendly and up to now I have only had a couple of small issues which the dealer has been happy to help with. They were really helpful and friendly and the car was clean, in good condition and a good, fair price. I would recommend.

The salesman I dealt with at Northridge Cars told me the car I ended up buying had a full service history and continued to tell me this right up to when I paid in full for it. No documents were ever presented even though I kept asking. This car also only had one key and the salesman told me that a new one would cost me five to ten pounds. When I did get a new one it cost me £50. Being in the trade I would have thought he would have known how much a new car key would cost. When I collected it one off the door seals fell off and the salesman and someone from the body shop glued it back on with what looked like super glue. In their haste they managed to smear glue on the body work and drip some on the interior of the car. I paid £250 for a warranty and shortly after purchase this car had two minor repairs that were covered. However, after collecting the car for the second time I had a fault light come up. When I contacted Northridge Cars, Hemel Hempstead they told me I had to bring it back in and they would charge me to put it on their diagnostics, even though this problem happened when they had it in their care. In less than a year this awful car had to have just under a £1000, (yes one thousand pounds) of work done to it. None of the things wrong with it were covered on the so called Five Star Policy Warranty. One thousand pounds may not be a lot of money to some people but when you work three days a week for minimum wage then it works out at £250 more than I earn in a month. When I contacted Northridge Cars, Hemel Hempstead about this the manager phoned me but from the tone of his voice he just didn't seem to care. Finally, one of the first things the salesman said to me was that Northridge Cars was trying to get away from the old image of the used/second hand car dealership. From my own experience they have failed and I will not be returning when I start to look for a new car later this year.

Thank you so much for this review, it has helped me make an informed decision to not buy my new car from Northridge Cars, Hemel Hempstead. I have also told my family and friends to read it too so they don't make the same mistake you did. This may not help you financially but I do hope it makes you feel a little better knowing that you have helped others to not make the same mistake you did. Living in Hemel Hempstead I have over the years heard rumours about bad cars and poor, overpriced servicing from Northridge Cars, Hemel Hempstead so it has been good to see it in black and white in a review. If this ever happens again and you don't get any help from the dealer then contact the Small Claims Court. It does not cost much to make a claim and if they find in your favour then they do all the work to get you your money back. Once bitten, twice shy with this dealership and I hope your next car was a better purchase. Kind regards to you.
I cannot recommend Northridge Cars high enough. This is our 3rd Purchase over the years using this company. In fact this time they surpassed themselves by bringing the car to my home to view as I had broken my foot and after discussing with my partner the need of change from a manual back to an automatic, Sales person Debbie listened to all the requirements my partner listed and came up with the perfect car for my needs. To say we are both delighted is an understatement. On the day of purchase we met the service team who offer a superb follow up package and i was presented with a beautiful bouquet of flowers A huge Thank You to Debbie for her smiles, knowledge and friendly customer services and also a thank you to the Northridge Team for their after sales services and their invite to suggestions on how to improve the quality of services they offer. A very Happy Customer 😀

Bought a Vauxhall Adam from Paul at Northridge cars in Hemel Hempstead. I can't fault the service we received, he was very helpful informative but not pushy just let us make our own decision.

The salesman was a nightmare. The warranty was not worth the paper it was written on and the pre sales check were a farce. When the car went back to their mechanics it came back with more problems that what it went in with. When I made a complaint they just didnt care. Avoid Northridge Cars.

I bought a Vauxhall agila today this is my 2nd time I have purchased from Northridge Cars, my husband bought a Vauxhall insignia last April, and over all we are very impressed with the service and quality of the vehicles. Debbie dealt with us both times and proved to be a very honest and friendly sales lady and goes that extra mile to help you. She is a real gem to Northridge cars. Would recommend that garage to anyone. It shows, as I wouldn't of gone back the 2nd time if I didnt.

Very good experience with the dealership! I bought a Peugeot 5008 from here in July and I am really pleased with it! The only issue I had is that they didn't fit the back number plate but other than that I am happy with everything and I can't fault them. The car is really good value for money. I would recommend Northridge Cars.
