After buying my Mercedes GLA220 from this dealership, with full dealership services on a 5 year old car I had in excess of £2500 worth of problems. I sold the car having rectified the problems with no contribution or recognition of the dealerships shoddy advice that led to the issues. Now, having cancelled the service plan (£1500 in total) in November 2023, the are ignoring/refusing to pay the refund of nearly £900, despite being given clear instructions to do so by Mercedes Benz customer care centre in Milton Keynes. I would receive better customer care from Mikes Dodgey Motors serviced by Willys wonder wheels garage!!!

Just received my two year old E class , delivered to Glasgow from Inchcape,Mercedes Benz ,Nottingham, I purchased the car based on photos and videos , which I was a wee bit apprehensive around. However, there was no need as the car was delivered this morning , exactly as promised . Rosie Luckhurst was superb in all the communications and keeping me up to speed as we went through the process. I would recommend Rosie and the Dealership

Very poor service, agreed to purchase A180 and was assured the issues I discovered with the car would be sorted before we picked it up, and I was later phoned by the salesman who confirmed all works had been completed and we could pick the car up.When we checked the car there was one fault that had not been repaired, why were we told all refurbishments had been completed? The salesman assured us that they would arrange a time to collect the car from our house, and my wife and I clearly heard him confirm, that he would leave us with a 'nice' courtesy car like her A180, to use whilst her car was taken away, they arrived today, with no courtesy car for my wife!! My wife has always wanted an A180 and her experience in dealing with this dealership has left her very disappointed, we will never use them again. In response to your comments, you don't need to streamline your service, you need to provide a good level of service and refrain from promising to do something for a customer then retracting it!!! It has also cost us a quarter tank of fuel to get the works completed on the car

Just bought an expensive car through Harriet Smith of Mercedes Nottingham. She is a complete professional and her input certainly made the sale happen. Great credit to her and the dealership for employing her
Today I picked up my new car and my handler was Mark Rushen. This guy went out of his way to enable this to happen. The transaction went smoothly no problems whatsoever, Mark didn't harass me before picking up my car like alot do, came into work on his day off to do this for me, was down to earth and made sure everything was prepared and done for when I came. Excellent service from Mark and couldn't of wished for a better dealer, if more were like him, honest and to the point it would make choosing a car alot less irritable. Top marks from me, can't think of a bad thing to say about him, thanks Mark. 👍
went to the dealership to book my car in for a service spoke to reception asked me to take a seat was waiting 30 mins before I had to go and ask when someone would come and see me there was 3 staff sitting doing nothing playing with their hair in the end i walked out will never be returning again recieved such bad service but would have took them 5 mins to book it in what an absolute disgrace !!
Went to look at buying a used car from Mercedes Nottingham. Visited one afternoon and was left waiting for 20 mins. Receptionist apologised and asked if I could come back the next day. Booked an appointment for the next and arrived on time. Made to sit and wait another 20 minutes before I got fed up and left. Took my business to BMW. Much better!
Our experience of Mercedes Nottingham's paper trail is efficient. Are the staff GDPR trained? Being received by staff with mobile phone attached to his ear was not the greeting we were expecting! The inexterrable time waiting on the phone to speak to finance is unacceptable. Computer system not functioning added to the frustration. When emails inaccessible to customer does the fault lie with the customer?
