Brought a Vauxhall van in for repairs into their service and they have advised that there is a part required, a fuel sensor that is needed. They said they ordered the part and then told us that we should now chase it. Well... thank you very much for coming to work today! How rude is it to ask your clients to chase for the parts that you are supposed to get for the service you are providing?!!! Silly me, I thought that is what they are paid for!

Vauxhall Hayes they are dodgy. I ask everyone who had their gap insurance to check up with vauxhall Hayes because their company has not covered anyone one. Theirs company got busted 2 times within 2018 till now. they messed my gap insurance and on my purchase sheet it's says it's I have gap insurance but they telling me the company don't exist anymore.so whoever bought car from them by that year u need to check it seriously. U might not be covered because vauxhall lies to their customers.

THEY REASSURE YOU THAT ANY PROBLEMS WILL BE DEALT WITH PROFFESSIONALLY AND EFFICIENTLY. HOWEVER WHEN RAISE A ISSUE WITH THEM IT WILL BE THE OPPOSITE. BOUGHT MY CAR IN JULY 2020 AND HAVE HAD SEVERAL ISSUES WITH THE CAR. BROKEN DOWN 4 TIMES. BRADLEY THE MANAGER FROM KINGSTON HAS NOT SUGGESTED ANY SUBSTANTIAL OPTIONS TO ME, THE RESPONSE GIVEN WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. BEEN OFFERED A COURTESY CAR TWICE FROM HAYES BRANCH AND KINGSTON BRANCH BOTH ROBINS AND DAY, THEY HAVE NO CARS AVAILABLE, WHERE IS THE LOGIC IN OFFERING A CUSTOMER A COURTESY CAR WHEN YOU HAVE ONE AVIALBLE IN 5 WEEKS???? MY CAR WILL BE FIXED BY THEN… I BROKE DOWN, TRIED TO RING VAUXHALL, AND ASK FOR ADVICE AS THE WARRANTY WAS STILL VALID. I SPOKE TO SOMEONE IN SALES DEPARTMENT, HE SAID THE ONLY THING HE CAN DO WAS TO SELL ME A NEW CAR. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AS I HAD JUST BOUGHT THE CAR AND I WAS BEING OFFERED TO PURCAHSE ANOTHER CAR, AS IF THAT WAS ONE OF MY OPTIONS??? HAD TO FIGHT TO GET MY MONEY BACK ASWELL AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS AND CALLS. LAWERENCE IS THE ONLY MAN WHO HELPED ME WITH THIS WORKS AT KINGSTON ONE STAR GIVEN TO HIM. COMPLETE RIP OFF, ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING THEY SERVE, ANOTHER TIME I BROKE DOWN I CALLED RAC, THEY GAVE ME DOCUMENTAITON WHICH STATED A FULL DIAGNOSIS OF THE ISSUE WITH THE CAR. A HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR 2 NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. HAYES BOOKED ME IN FOR A DIAGNOSE OF WHICH I ALREADY KNEW THE PROBLEM, WASTED MY TIME TO TELL ME THE EXACT SAME ISSUE. PAUL FROM HAYES THE MAN AT THE FRONT DESK, AFTER SPEAKING TO HIM FOR OVER 2 HOURS ON AND OFF RECEIVED MANY DIFFERENT RESPONSES, IT BECAME PRETTY OBVIOUS THAT HIM AND MANAGEMENT WERE MAKING UP COMPLETE NONSENSE TO TRY AND FOB ME OFF AND JUSTIFY IT. ABSOLTELY TRAGIC THAT AN ORGANISATION CAN BEHAVE IN THIS WAY. THE AGGRAVTION AND HASSLE THAT I HAVE HAD TO GO THROUGH DEALING WITH VAUXHALL IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE UNPROFFESSIONALS. VAUXHALL DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT REPLYING TO THIS BECAUSE I HAVE ESCALATED ALL MY ISSUES TO HEAD OFFICE!!!!
Very bad service from Go Vauxhall in Hayes, no one is there to help you. Steal the parts of my car. Change good tyres in to cheap ones. And no one is there to listen. Shame full as they are having a good name.
Went to vauxhall in yeading yesterday. From the start it was terrible. Being disabled I have a blue badge but yet can I park in either of the two disabled bays... No! Why, because of badly scattered cars everywhere. I was told to park my car in front of another car then as soon as I got into the showroom with was told then to go back and move my car. They Could see I was on crutches, I had to demand they moved the car from the disabled bay which was there's so I could park. The whole experience was ridiculous. Then our 11.15am appointment was a waste of time, given the wrong information over the phone two days prior, and wanted us to sign something electronically but can't show us what we're signing!!?? 🤔 Leaving was another shambles, I was blocked in to which was a mighty effort for the staff to move their car and left me to move the cones to exit. Customer service is a joke. Absolutely rubbish dealership. Don't go there!!!!! 😡
I took my corsa in to check seals as water coming in car at Go Vauxhall Hayes, only to be told sadly that car would cost more than worth to repair as other problems too. I was grateful to be advised not to spend any money on it, however, the car started heating up very quickly afterwards, so went to check if water was ok, only to discover the lever to open the bonnet was broke!!! Vauxhall either failed to inform me of this or actually left it like this and neglected to tell me. I now have no way of opening the bonnet!!! I'm actually going to view vehicles there tomorrow, but do I have faith in them now:? I'm not sure!! Can anyone advise me please
