AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!! CRIMINALS !!!! KINGSTON BRANCH Light come up on dashboard "Service tyre monitor system". Went to my local garage and he said its the front two sensors need replacing and re-coding and ADVISED to go to VAUXHALL DEALER. Went to the "STEALERS" - and I explained to them that it needs TWO front tyre monitoring sensors. They completely ignored me as if I was stupid and asked to leave the car keys so they can "investigate". This would cost £75. After 4 hrs, a lady called DOROTHY called me up and saying "DIAGNOSTIC REPORT" came back with a certain code which means all FOUR wheels need taking off and checked one by one to see if that there is a VALVE issue in the tyre. They said it will cost £150 to carry out this investigation!! HOWEVER, there is no GUARANTEE that it will be fixed. If this doesnt resolve the issue, the last option is to "CHECK THE WIRING!??" WHAT WIRING?? there is NO wiring in the tyres!! and they quoted me that it will cost further £875 !!! I told them at the BEGINNING that ALL it needs TWO FRONT TYRE SENSORS, which cost £45 each! Her response was his might not FIX the issue because "THEY ARE ALL CONNECTED" I said to her that I DO NOT want to carry on any further with this so called INVESTIGATION and I am coming to collect my car. I went to a tyre shop called NATIONAL TYRES and told them the story and explained to them what the VAUXHALL STEALERS said, they laughed and said we can replace the sensors for you right now at the cost of £47 each inc VAT. The whole job took 45 mins. TOTAL BILL was £109 !!!

I bought a second hand 2011 Meriva SE 1.7 TDI Auto in May this year. Brad the sales person could not have been more helpful. He even drove the Meriva to my home to make sure it fitted my garage. Never had this type of service before. Very good trade in price for my old car too. But wow what a car. Good fuel MPG. Handles well, sticks to the road like glue. Great acceleration. It puts the petrol version to shame. The comfort level is very good indeed. In all, it's a great car to own and drive. I rate Now Vauxhall Kingston one of the best and I will and have recommended them most highly.
I dont really know how to sum this up, ive said i wouldnt recommend them to b honest. I didnt feel they were as upfront about a few things as they could be, all things that came about afterwards. Im not the type to leave a really bad review so will just say from Now Vauxhall in Kingston they could do better in looking after the customers afterwards, makes us want to tell friends and family when we have received excellent service all the way through
