I bought a Nissan Note. Car is very good and staff is very cooperative. Price is comperatively low from others and sevrive is very good. Also provide a 12 month MOT with all changes needed. Thanks to Bilal!!!
I bought a Ford Focus from these guys for my daughter’s birthday in Jan 2024. It was advertised as a CAT S insurance write off but had been repaired well and was a reasonable price and mileage for the year. On viewing, they struggled to unlock and start the car because they said it had been “stood for a while” and the battery was flat. Once it was finally unlocked and started it drove fine so I took them at their word and bought it. I gave the full asking price but was given a £50 discount for a new battery. I was also told they would forward the locking wheel nut key and tools for changing the spare wheel which were missing when I collected it. I was nervous but drove the 85 miles home without any punctures and had a new battery fitted the next day. Two new batteries and a full electrical diagnostic investigation by my local garage later, the car continued to have problems. My daughter’s birthday came and went; the tools for changing the wheel never arrived and if the car was left overnight the battery would drain and it would fail to unlock and start. Six weeks passed with the car undriveable and stuck in my garage until I had it towed to my local Ford dealer and had them look at it. It took them two weeks to diagnose and fix the problem (which was a parasitic drain in the cars security and immobiliser system). I’d been in contact with NT traders throughout. They originally told me if I returned the car they would “have a look at it” (which was impossible) so I told them that I would get Ford to fix it and forward the receipts. However, when I sent the receipts to them they argued that Ford’s bill was unreasonable and refused to refund me. I even offered to pay half the bill as a compromise and they still refused. I also paid to have the locking wheel nuts cut off and replaced and sourced the spare wheel tools from a local scrap yard myself and wasted countless hours of my own time trying to fix the situation. After a long exchange of emails and letters I finally took them to court in November that year. The judge found them guilty on 3 counts of breach of contract and ordered them to refund my costs with interest, plus my legal fees and hearing charges. Which they did. NT Traders are a budget car retailer. They buy crash damaged, MOT failures and insurance write offs for as little as possible and make as much profit as they can. There is nothing wrong with this but there are so many other budget retailers that do it better than them. Their customer service and after sales support is non-existent and their attitude towards the people who buy their vehicles is, from my experience, arrogant and bullish. If you are considering buying a car from them do your homework first and proceed with caution. If you are unlucky enough to end up in the same position as me go to the Gov.UK website and follow the process for making a claim to recover your money. The process is surprisingly simple and easy to follow. Going to court to get your money back may seem daunting but it’s actually very straight forward and the legal system is there to protect you as a consumer. For me, I won’t be doing business with NT Traders again or recommending them to friends and family.

I bought a car from Traders in November. The car was not delivered on the agreed date, and no one from the staff bothered to inform me of the delay. After service at a local garage, they found that someone had cleared a DPF fault from the system, and the brake pads, discs, and tires needed immediate replacement. There were a few other issues, Simply do not buy a car from them; you can find many other sellers. Just avoid them to avoid disappointment.

After the 3 month warranty ended, nothing but trouble. From the terrible cosmetic paint job so it looked ok peeling off, I also figured out this vehicle had probably sat doing nothing for a good couple of years. Had to replace the wet belt soon after £££. Misfires resulting in complete replacement of the ignition coil set, £££. Still has a misfire and burning out ignition coil still. Found a hole in catalytic converter, more £££. Heater fan only works on full speed. Suspect MOT probably. I had a gut feeling I was being ripped off. Should've gone with that feeling. NT Traders you need to help me out please. I'm paying for a car I can't use.

I visited this company in October in and collected on 18th October, they rushed me out the garage, said paperwork was all in car, Said AA cover will be sent to me, I phoned them for 3wks and never sent, sent emails and phoned several times hung up on me, 3 days later I had 2 penalty charges on the Skoda I part exchanged 2 penalty tickets in 1 day They refused to pay and ignored me for 3wks, took them 2wks to reply to my email with penalty charge evidence Saturday last week I was in a fast lane with my son in car, stuck at a traffic lights police had to help move car out of trouble I had to call my own break down company as this company still didn't send AA details When my break down recovery arrived they said that the car is a stop start car and incorrect battery was in car, and the alternator had broken, I called NT traders and they hung up on me replied on the Monday they all of a sudden gave sent AA details I activated the AA called them as advised by NT Traders to say my car isn't working as I'm not stuck on the road they don't cover home start on the covet. I called NT traders they said leave another day and try again I refused as this wasn't AA policy. NT traders are complete liars and ignored me for 2 days, they see a review from someone else and said I could have a refund then they changed their minds, said they would pay for repairs, when they said they would pick the car up they never arrived just laughed at me down phone, for a whole week they have messed me about, today they said they would call me at 13:00 never call to about 18:30, laughed at me again when I said want a refund, said they would but need the car first and would take 14 days to get money back minus mileage I have done, plus admin fee, so i refused this, so now stuck with paying repairs myself as I certainly don't trust them to fix, especially with a supposed MOT and AA check on car done by them lol, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE they are complete liers with the worst customer service ever, we are going to our credit card for a charge back Also want to add the car was full of drink bottles and lids when opened Arm rest

Steer Clear of these guys. big time liars. i sold a car to them that they then drove in london and it raked up penalty charges. when confronted with evidence, they started to lie from start. first they told me they had taken care of the tickets, then they said theyll give me a purchase invoice, then they stopped replying and cutting calls. steer completely away from these guys especially ali that works there.

I purchased a car from this company, to travel around France for 3 months. (From New Zealand) The car had a current WOF. Ali stated that everything had been checked and that the Car was totally Road Worthy. TOTAL UNTRUE as we were to find out. DANGEROUS people running this dreadful car dealership. Traveling through the French Alps, we discovered that the Ford Car had totally WORN OUT Brake Pads !!! We could have been killed, or killed other innocent people. I feel, brakes are important ??? These guys would have known it's condition. But didn't care and lied to us about the Car. Absolutely Shameful. We I have only ticked the star boxes as it wouldn't let me submit this review until it was ticked. But I can't truthfully even give them a 1 star rating, they endangered lives

Bought a 2016 BMW GT. The salesman told me during the test drive that the price dropped by £ 1000. Back at their office, his colleague informed me that the price had increased by £1000 due to interest in the car. This was an outrageous sales tactic. I insisted that the price be £1000 less and agreed on £500 difference. I was informed that the car would be serviced and cleaned. There is no evidence that the car received a service, and in fact the car needed an oil top up within the first three weeks. I sent a message about the state of the car not being clean when I went to pick it up, but received no response. Nobody in the car yard was bothered to speak to me about it. My experience aligns with others' experience of this business.
