I bought a 62 plate meriva. At test, it did not start. Informed their engineers would fix it. Fast forward 1-2 weeks. Car did not start and my HPI check showed there was car finance. Requested a refund-they are not responsive post -sale.

SOLD ME A MARKET VALUE CAR WITH CRACKED WORN TYRES. TOLD ME ON THE PHONE THEY ONLY PUT ON USED TYRES..... ALSO BATTERY WAS NO GOOD - FAILED AFTER JUST 2 WEEKS. MY LOCAL GARAGE SAID IT WAS 8 YEARS OLD AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE... EXPECTED ME TO DRIVE 50 MILES TO THEIR DEALERSHIP TO CHECK THE BATTERY AND TYRES. I TOLD THEM I HAD TO REPAIR NOW AS VEHICLE NOT ROAD WORTHY BUT THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY COSTS. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND AND NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN.
