Was looking for a car and looked at Birmingham and afew garages then came here and saw a car and one look and we new that was the one. Took for test drive and then brought it. The customer experience was great and they were very helpful and knowledgeable.

The process was quick and efficient. All the paperwork was ready when I arrived. The car was clean and ready. The sales person went through everything about the car and after care process. The DPF light came on 3 weeks after the purchase. I took the car to a dealer who advised the the service light was not reset follows the pre purchase service. I paid £12.50 to get the service light reset.

We were drawn to Nuneaton Car Sales due to the price of the Ford Focus we saw online. Even though a 2 and half hour drive there we thought we best check them out, big thanks to Tony the Sales Manager he was amazing, after a slightly rocky start with another salesman he restored our faith, and beyond happy with the car and the service! I would recommended and will likely return in the future.

After I took the car away I actually had a Mercedes Specialist look over the car and they said it was spot on, so the quality that they have in stock is fantastic.

When purchasing my Corsa, the staff at Nuneaton Car Sales were all friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. I was travelling quite far to buy the car from them, as I usually buy my cars closer to home. But they were very accommodating with me. If I was to give any feedback I would say there phone work could do with some improvement, as when you call they don't always answer straight away. but overall I am very happy with the service I was provided with.

So far, everything's been perfect with my Corsa. I was happy with the service I received from Ivan, and he made sure that everything went smoothly during the purchase.

Very happy with my Citreon C3, and Clinton was absolutely fantastic. He couldn't have done more to help. We test drove the car and were happy with everything. 5 out of 5, the entire process was straightforward.
