As a first time customer everything went as expected. The car lived up to my expectations when I viewed it in person, which was great. Lewis made me aware of everything I needed to know about the history of the Fiesta, so no complaints there. When I came back to collect the car it was nice to see it had been cleaned inside and out.

Since I'm working full time I wasn't able to go and get the car myself, so my friend picked the Audi, which has been great. My friend didn't have any complaints about the service and the car was ready on time for collection.

Me and Lily (the saleswoman) had some good chats when I was at the dealership but she still remained very professional, and made the whole process nice and relaxed, which is a nice service to receive from a dealership. I only visited the dealership on the off chance but drove away with a lovely Ford. I would have no problems coming back here in the future.

I saw the car online and when I saw it in person I was pleased to see that it was perfectly described in the original advert that I saw. The salesman showed me around the car and told me everything I needed to know about it before committing to the purchase. I got exactly what I paid for, happy to give top marks.

Everyone I dealt with was great, but Lily was the young lady who led the sale and she made sure the whole experience was a good one. I went for the Fiesta because I wanted a small run around as I can be in the car more than 3 times a day.

Our Mokka has been grand, we've had no problems at all. It’s my other half’s daily car, and she’s happy as Larry with it. Lewis was really nice, and the team were perfect to deal with. They let us take a test drive on our own, which was great. We’ve been to places before where they want to come with you. We were left to look around at our own pace, overall a fantastic service and team.
