This is the first time owning a BMW but since my a lot of family members have them, it was highly recommended by them to get one. I'm glad I did because I'm really enjoying it. Tim was great at helping answer all of my questions about the car before making the commitment to buy it. He also offered me a good price for my old car that I part exchanged in. I don't give top marks but I didn't have any issues.

You know when you've had a good experience when you drive off the forecourt feeling confident that you made the right decision. Lewi was amazing and if anyone asked me to recommend a dealership then I would happily say Nuneaton Car Sales. There was no pressure at all when I was in the dealership and I just felt very well looked after. What more could you want?

It's probably been the quickest turnaround for a dealership I've had. From seeing the Peugeot on Sunday, the day after it was ready to collect, which I was very impressed with. I've had it for a good while now and I've finally figured out how to use all the new gadgets that come with a newer car. It's safe to say that I won't be missing my 2014 Corsa. Tim was exactly what you'd want from a salesman and I can't fault him.

I'm very grateful for Nuneaton because I purchased the car online and it can always be a worry with you've not seeing the car in person. However when the Jaguar was delivered, I was happy to see it was perfectly described and in great condition. The car itself has been superb and I'm very happy with it.

I was 100% in need of a new car because my Ford Fiesta was coming to the end of it's life. I was looking for a similar car and that's when I came across the Volkswagen Polo on Autotrader. Lewis was the salesman who looked after me and he was great. He made me feel very at ease in the dealership and when I was asking questions about the car, I wasn't made to feel stupid for asking them. I was offered a test drive and straight away I could tell the difference in how much better it drove compared to my Fiesta. I've not driven the Polo much since buying it because I work from home, it's more of a weekend car.

The overall experience was amazing and mechanically the car is running well for the short time I've owned it. Charlotte and Clinton were lovely to deal with—both were very helpful, and I felt confident in the answers to my questions. I never normally give top marks because there's always room for improvement, but they were great.

Everything has been fine with my Ford Kuga since buying it. I made an appointment, viewed the car and then it was mine.

I tend to always get my cars from here and the only reason I wouldn't would be purely down to the fact that they wouldn't have the car in stock that I'd be looking for. Charlotte has always looked after me when visiting the dealership and this time was no different. There were two cars I came to see so she pulled both out and left me to view them at my own pace, she was very patient. I decided on the Citroen C3 which I've recently taken to Devon and back without any issues.

Everything's been brilliant with my recent purchase of my Ford S-Max. I've already got a Ford Kuga so it's a similar car. Tim was the main man who looked after me and he was a lovely lad who I found to be more than helpful.
