The car is going good, but it didn’t come with floor mats is my only comment about my experience. Lily was really good, though. It was a busy day, and we hadn’t booked an appointment, but they still made time for us. We were interested in two cars, and Lily passed us the keys and left us on our own to check them out, which I appreciated as most dealerships aren't that trusting. It was definitely worth the 2-hour 30-minute drive up there. All our questions were answered.  4 stars—overall, a positive experience, but just missing those floor mats!

Volkswagen e-up! I've had it for a month now, and everything's going sound. I'm still waiting on the charge cable, but other than that, I love it. I did have an "Oh no" moment on a long trip when I had only 26% battery left before making it to a charging point, but I made it to a charging port just in time! Jak was grand, he was really good and easy to talk to. I'd say he's far less pushy than what I’ve experienced at other dealerships. It didn't feel like typical sales pressure, which was refreshing change. 5 stars for me. Nuneaton is the best dealership I’ve been to, and I'd happily recommend them to friends and family. I'm sure others would agree that its It's a great atmosphere.

Everything is going well with my BMW X2. It's a great car and I was happy with the way Clinton conducted himself.

My first impression of Nuneaton was that it's a really well established company. I visited a dealership before visiting here, and the vibe was completely different and I didn't feel comfortable buying a car from them. Lily welcomed me on arrival and once I told her what car I came to see, she was happy to show me to it and left me to it until I was ready to get some more information, where I then grabbed Lily. She answered all my questions and never tried to force the sale, which was greatly appreciated. I've loved my Astra ever since and Nuneaton has been a company to work with.

Since buying my Land Rover Range Rover Evoque I haven't been on any really long trips but for the places where I've needed to go, it's been great. Everything went just as well on the day as Charlotte didn't put any pressure on me to go ahead with the car, she was actually really helpful. Thank you to the team.

This is my first hybrid, and at this moment in time I wouldn’t go back to a normal car. A hybrid is definitely the way forward instead of going fully electric. Tony looked after us throughout the process, even though I never met him in person with me purchasing the car online and having it delivered. Despite that, he was a great guy, and really easy to get along with, I even know his golf handicap! Which is just as rubbish as mine. Overall, I’m still getting used to the car, but I’m happy with it.

I purchased a Fiat 500 for my daughter, and as far as I'm aware, she's getting along well with the car without any issues. She hasn’t put many miles on it since she only uses it to get to and from work, which is local to us. I was with her on the day of sale, and the customer service from Lewis was quick and efficient, and I've got no complaints there. I initially looked at another car before the Fiat 500, but after getting some more information, I realised it wasn’t the right fit for her. Once we saw the Fiat, it was a smooth process from there. I’m giving 4.5 stars because everything was great, but I didn’t see any red carpet or champagne! 😀

I travelled from Glasgow to purchase my car as a recommendation from my brother, who lives in Nuneaton! I'm delighted with my car as I've been looking online for a while but finally found the one. Well worth >300 mile journey  and excellent service from Tim, many thanks to him 10/10.

I'm not too far away from Nuneaton but I've never gotten a car from here before, and I have to say I'm very impressed. Max provided me with top service, it's great to know I've got a great local dealership.
