Charlotte was extremely helpful with the paperwork to make sure there wasn't any information left out. She also handled the sale and after sales perfectly. It was a great experience purchasing our car from Charlotte. I spoke briefly with two other members of the team, who were just as easy to talk to. All in all a great place!

I'm a hard person to tie down, and to be honest if I was getting any sort of pressure from the team I would have worked away but Charlotte conducted the sale perfectly. I felt very informed and comfortable going ahead with the Ford Focus, which has been great since driving away. It was only by chance I found the dealership as I was driving past it with my lad but I would happily get another car from here again when I'm due an upgrade.

I really felt the customer service was 5 stars. Tim helped me out a lot while I was buying the car by answering all my questions, sorting insurance out, and just being proactive with what he said he'd do for me. I was probably putting a bit of pressure on him when asking about the car but it's only because I wanted to make sure it's the right decision. Tim himself though was relaxed and told me everything I needed to know. I've recently been to Wales in the Qashqai which is 3.5 hours away from me and it handled the drive perfectly.
