It's been about a month since my recent car purchase from Nuneaton Car Sales. Even though my Citroen is a second car for the family, it's been ideal when we have driven it. I can't remember the saleswoman's name but I was impressed with her answers to my questions, it really gave me confidence to go ahead with the car.

No complaints yet. It's a great company to visit if you're looking for a new car.

Having previously owned an Astra, I was looking for an upgrade and after a couple of recommendations, I went for a Golf which I've not had before. but I absolutely love it and it's so much better than my last car! Lewis was the gent who looked after me and he was perfect. I was given a lot of information about the car and given all the space needed to make an informed decision.

For the time I've had my Tesla it's been a great car and I'm very happy with it.

To be honest I wouldn't change anything about my visit. Everything was really smooth and not once did I feel an ounce of pressure from the team while I was at the dealership, which I was initially worried about. It was a really nice experience and I'm still enjoying my new car.

When I told people I was getting a car from Nuneaton I got a mix of emotions but I decided to take the risk. I'm so glad I did because Charlotte was brilliant, I honestly can't fault her service. She showed me around the car, mentioned the pros and cons of the Vauxhall Grandland, then gave me space while I made my decision. When I confirmed I wanted the car we had arranged a day for me to come back to get some scratches repaired. Charlotte was the one chasing me to get the car back which was great as I forgot. I'd 100% recommend Charlotte to anyone, and I would happily ask for her again if I found myself back here.

After crashing my previous car, I was in the market for a low insurance group car and that's when I found a fairly priced Ford Fiesta at Nuneaton. The car looked like the pictures which was reassuring after a previous bad experience. There wasn't any delays and it was all done in a couple of days.

My car is currently in for repairs with Nuneaton but I couldn't be happier with how the team have handled the situation. They really made sure to go the extra mile to get the car in and looked at. I got offered a curtesy car which helped my situation with work etc... They've also been amazing at keeping me up to date with the progress of my car and when I can expect to receive it. I look forward to getting my car back but hats off to the way they've handled it, it gives me a lot of confidence in the dealership.

Overall I'm happy with how the sale went. Max made sure I drove away on the same day, which was great. I've had no issues with Nuneaton.

If I could rate my experience 10 stars then I would! - My wife mainly drives her Mini Hatch for her commute to work but she hasn't complained, and she's probably done 1000 miles in it already. Clinton was as good as gold on the day, there was no pressure from him what so ever but more from us as we were excited to get the car. Great company.
