We absolutely love our new 2 series BMW - It's perfect! We actually saw the advert on Hey Car before deciding to contact the dealership directly. A lovely lady called Charlotte was super quick to respond and she did a fabulous job for us. She was very communicative, friendly, professional and patient as we had a slight delay with car finance. She was just altogether brilliant and our experience couldn't have been better. We'd happily recommend Nuneaton Car Sales to anyone and everyone going forwards.

Everything's going well with my Kia Niro—I've had no issues and have been driving it daily. We were specifically looking for a Niro and came across an advert from Nuneaton Car Sales. The sales team at Nuneaton Car Sales provided outstanding customer service—I couldn't have asked for more! My only frustration was that the valeting staff didn’t replace the car’s floor mats before I collected it which was a shame. The team quickly resolved this by ordering me a new set which arrived the next day. I really appreciate their effort.

Ivan was the salesman when I was buying my car from Nuneaton Car Sales, he was good and I am happy with the car. There was a couple of niggles for me, nothing major but worth feeding back. there was lots of leaves in the engine bay and there was issues with the technology with the finance application but I am happy with my experience as a whole.

Jacque was pleasant to deal with, the Nissan Leaf is running well. Would use Nuneaton again in the future.

I found Nuneaton online, with them being a good 80 miles away from me, we initially conversed at a distance. The staff were great to deal with, and when I requested a video to be done of the car they got this sorted very quickly for me. Unfortunately there was a scuff was on the wheel arch, which wasn't there previously disclosed, but Jacque was great and discounted the car slightly which was appreciated. To anyone closer to Nuneaton then I am I would recommend them, if I lived closer I would happily use them again, doe the right car I would happily travel the distance again.

Our son passed his test back in November but we took our time to find the right car for him - Slow and steady wins the race! We ended up finding a lovely blue Corsa at Nuneaton Car Sales and after I took it for a test drive, I knew it'd be perfect for him. He's really pleased with it and although he's not going far (college/football/work and back), it's a great little runner. Shuck who helped us was a bit of a character haha! He was sound and his service was great to be honest, so I'm leaving this review as my way of saying thanks from the guy from Corby.
