Had a great experience recently with Lilly and Nuneaton car sales. Lilly was great, nothing was too much hassle with test driving a few cars etc which made it a pleasurable experience. Lilly kept good communication throughout the sale and adopted a no pressure sale. Lilly helped with getting the finance manager to speak to us regarding the finance options, who also was very knowledgeable and offered good advice. Lilly ensured all damage on the car was rectified in the body shop and the car after valet looked fantastic! Thank you to Lilly and the team at Nuneaton car sales.

Great customer service, David was very good, he carried the sale professionally, politely and provided all necessary information upfront. My Fiat Panda was just as described in perfect condition, its running well and going great since taking it away. The overall experience with this company has been satisfactory with no major issues or concerns encountered. They were prompt and helpful in setting everything up, but there were some minor missed details that needed to be fixed later. Despite this, everything else went smoothly. This was the second time buying a car from this company, and the overall rating would be 4 out of 5.

The BMW 1 Series is lovely and I am really enjoying it. I usually drive estate cars that are manual but I chose more 'luxury' and went for the automatic and boy I love it so much more than manual. The car is beautiful. I was really happy with Ivan, hes so good at his job! He honestly was spot on, he went through everything with us and even helped me with the private reg change. No fault what so ever, he was superb!
