I had a slight issue with the brakes when I first got my Volvo but they got this sorted for me very quickly and it's running lovely, touch wood. Charlotte were extremely helpful and she even took me to the post office to sort the tax out on the my new car with me. To anyone reading this review give Nuneaton Car Sales a try, I will come back here again when I'm wanting to get something new without hesitation.

Lilly was very pleasant and professional at all times, she rang me back when she said she was going to ring me back so we were not left wondering what was happening and she got all the information that we asked her to get. We both love the Ford Galaxy to bits, it is a fab car!

A professional service from this garage. Ivan was a lovely guy and eager to help. I had a few issues with the car but nothing major, when they found out about it they were fast to get it put right for me and I have not had any further issues since. Overall I am very satisfied with everything that they did for me, thank you!

This is my first time buying a car online and overall it was a great experience throughout the whole buying journey. I had a couple of small hiccups at first but Nuneaton were on the ball to get them sorted out quickly for me. Jacque my allocated sales person were a massive help, he gave me all the information I required about the car and showed me a video and the delivery was nice and quick. We have another Ford C Max which is about 4 years older than our new one, the difference in power between that and the new one even though they have the same engine is amazing. I would definitely use these again and they come with a big recommendation off me.

If your looking to buy a new car then look no further, this is the place to come to. From start to finish the experience was magnificent, the sales guy was polite, helpful, and welcoming and he went out of his way to make sure I was happy with everything. My Volkswagen is reliable and smooth to drive, I am well pleased with it. I would shop with Nuneaton Car Sales again!

I'm more than pleased with the service I received. Jak Hartopp my salesman could not have been more helpful during my car buying experience. Sometimes buying a car can be a stressful process but Jak put me at ease straight away talking me through my options, nothing was too much trouble for him and it was like he was an old friend rather than a salesman which definitely helped me make the decision to buy the vehicle which I was looking at. All in all a very positive experience which left me feeling confident in the company and its staff and I'm also chuffed to bits with my car purchase.

I definitely recommend this dealer, such an outstanding service from Clinton, no pushy sales talk, he let me take my time looking around and he answered all of my questions without trying to dress anything up. I also thought the after sales call I received from Chris asking if I were happy with everything was fantastic. The BMW I bought from Nuneaton is a stunning car and it drives so well. I am made up with the service from here and the car which I purchased off them is superb.

I have not used Nuneaton Car Sales before, I came across them whilst searching for a new motor online. I gave them a call to arrange to look at the Ford Focus which I seen advertised with them. On arrival at their dealership I was greeted by a friendly smile from their sales agent named Jak, Jak was extremely helpful and his knowledge was second to none. I was given plenty of time to look round the car and take it for a test drive. I was really impressed with everything and the car was nice to drive. The documents were completed fast and I was driving away in my new car in no time at all. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else looking for a new car purchase and I would happily return to this dealer in the future when I need another car.
