The BMW I got from here has been perfect and Lilly my allocated sales rep was helpful, polite, got things done for me really quickly, it was a no fuss service. I had to travel a long journey to come to see the car but it was well worth the travel. I will definitely be coming back to see Lilly when I'm ready for a change if she is still around then.

Well chuffed with my Qashqai, I don't drive it often but it is lovely. David the sales advisor that helped me with everything was helpful and he kept me in the loop at all times. It certainly was customer service at it's finest and well worthy of the five star rating which I have given to them. The salesman is a great chap, he was so easy to get on with, he talked me through every step of the transaction and he made everything simple and hassle free, I did not have to lift a finger. I'm impressed with how perfect my Infiniti is, I could not have asked for any more. I drive extra miles in it because I enjoy being behind the wheel in my new car.

I'm exceptionally happy with everything that Ivan did for me whilst buying my Kia from here, he was very patient with an indecisive lady which put me at complete ease and made me feel comfortable in his hands. When I first got my Range Rover from Nuneaton there was a minor issue with it, however when I brought this to their attention they were on the ball and got this sorted rapidly for me. They are a great bunch of guys at Nuneaton, I found them dead easy to deal with, I knew exactly what it was that I wanted and they sorted this for me and got me the deal I wanted.

Ivan looked after me throughout the purchase of my Qashqai and he was amazing, he told me everything that I needed to know about the car. It was a terrific service from start to end with an easy handover process. I told my dad and my step mum about the experience I had here and they ended up buying a car from them also. One thing that really stands out for me with this dealership is that they do not put any pressure on you to purchase the car, this can be off putting and make you want to go elsewhere. I found Clinton to be accomodating and well education about the car which I was buying from him. The Fiat is fab and is saving me a fortune on fuel, which makes a big difference with the rising living costs that are happening at the moment.

This is the second time I have used Nuneaton Car Sales, I previously had an Audi A1 from them. My dad sorted everything on my very first car and he arranged all the finance for me so this is the first time I have bought a car by myself. I was a little scared because it is a lot to sign up for. They were really good with me and explained everything to me very thoroughly because I had no idea about anything myself, they were really good to me. I would recommend these to all my family, friends and work colleagues and this will be my number one choice of dealer to go to when I'm ready for a change.

I was shopping around looking for another car when I happened to find the Fiat listed on Auto Trader with this dealership. I picked up the phone and gave them a call to arrange to go and look at it in person. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Tim who was a friendly guy and nothing felt like to much trouble for him. He let me take my time having a good look round the car and he provided me with all the details I needed. The paperwork was done in no time at all and I was driving away in my new Fiat, I love my new car, it is amazing to drive!
