Great experience all round with Robbie at Oakdene. Within a few hours of enquiring about a 440i, Robbie was on the phone answering any questions I had, arranged all the paperwork, and reserved the car ready for collection. Brilliant communication through WhatsApp, making the whole process really quick and convenient. Upon collection everyone was really friendly, had a great hands-off approach, letting us view and test drive ourselves. The car was immaculately presented. None of the pushy salesmen act pressuring you into all the extras. Robbie happily went the extra mile & pointed me in the right direction to get a few upgrades added to the 440i. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality premium cars!

I had a great experience with Oakdene buying my Mercedes C43 AMG, professional and easy to deal with throughout. They provided a fair valuation for the car I was part exchanging and didn't quibble when I arrived after checking it over. I was given the keys to the C43 and left alone in their impressive showroom so that I could inspect it without any pressure, and then allowed to take it out on my own for a test drive. This is a revelation in used car sales in my experience. I was very happy with the car, it was well presented and given a service and a fresh MOT, and the only minor issue I had was resolved without any hassle in my own time at the garage of my choice.
