Dealt with Tom for the vast majority of the process, with nothing but good things to say about him. He was easy to deal with from start to finish, even with some slightly unusual circumstances due to how quickly the deal was done in relation to them receiving the car in. I have to get back in touch with Oakdene Collection once I’ve had the car serviced in October as part of an agreement in the deal, but I don’t foresee any issues with this part of the process based on the honesty of the guys I’ve spoken to so far. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from them in the future, and would love to deal with Tom again.

Searched Autotrader for what I was looking for. Found on Oakdene, had a couple of calls and messages with Rob. Paid deposit and collected the following week. The car was as detailed and pristine condition as the pictures on the website. I brought the car back to the Isle of Man and it passed its road test here first go. Great experience all round with Robbie at Oakdene. Within a few hours of enquiring about a 440i, Robbie was on the phone answering any questions I had, arranged all the paperwork, and reserved the car ready for collection. Brilliant communication through WhatsApp, making the whole process really quick and convenient. Upon collection everyone was really friendly, had a great hands-off approach, letting us view and test drive ourselves. The car was immaculately presented. None of the pushy salesmen act pressuring you into all the extras. Robbie happily went the extra mile & pointed me in the right direction to get a few upgrades added to the 440i. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality premium cars!

I had a great experience with Oakdene buying my Mercedes C43 AMG, professional and easy to deal with throughout. They provided a fair valuation for the car I was part exchanging and didn't quibble when I arrived after checking it over. I was given the keys to the C43 and left alone in their impressive showroom so that I could inspect it without any pressure, and then allowed to take it out on my own for a test drive. This is a revelation in used car sales in my experience. I was very happy with the car, it was well presented and given a service and a fresh MOT, and the only minor issue I had was resolved without any hassle in my own time at the garage of my choice.
