Very poor service and communication. Avoid Oakland Motor Company at all costs. When enquiring about a car they don't give you information relevant to the vehicle and they don't call back when you need them to. I do not recommend anyone buy a car of this dealer as I feel they are not trustworthy and honest. They don't care about the customer and am very disappointed with them. There are better dealers than Car Switch and suggest you switch car dealers to people who care about their customer service.
Oakland Motor Company is a pretty good dealership. Everything with the Ford I bought has been good, nothing bad! I would recommend!

Absolute waste of time. Car broke in 2 weeks and they made no effort to help keep well clear of Oakland Motor Company. Absolute rip off.
No hard sales very helpful. I'd buy from Oakland Motor Company again 110%.
Oakland Motor Company gave me fantastic customer service, excellent car will and I will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone who is buying a used car.
Very happy with the dealer and the vehicle. Good customer service. Have a little problem to find this dealer but it was OK when we ask for the road. Will come back again.This review was taken in March 2013 for another name taken against this dealership, AS Vehicle Management.
