I was personally dealing with jack, I am currently in Thailand and I had gone through the whole process so easily & even had the car delivered to my home address for me returning to the uk after 2 years, would definitely deal with his company again been the easiest process iv ever had when buying a car, honestly couldn’t be easier & faster thanks to jack helping me with it all! Great person & can tell he’s all about the customer service!

Travelled over from Belfast . Was picked up at Tram station and brought to showroom. Completed deal without fuss and was given a full tank of fuel for journey home. Pleasant experience

Bought a new car which included a trade in vehicle. Living 2 hrs away a lot of detail regarding car inspections was done over the internet. Excellent help from start to finish with Oakwood sales staff. Confident to drive through to test drive car everything was sorted there and then on Oakwood premises for me to drive home in new car. Oakwood staff made the whole process easy, I would recommend this company to anyone interested in their vehicles.

Spoke with Oscar originally on the phone really polite and friendly guy easy to get on with. When met in person Oscar was exactly the same providing a fantastic service as well as having a laugh at the same time made the whole process very straightforward and a pleasure!! Would highly recommend!!

From start to finish I found everyone I dealt with friendly and professional. Jacob kept in touch accommodating my delay in viewing the vehicle then I dealt with Conner who was amazing in dealing with my requests and then Jack the manager did everything to keep me happy, including sorting a manual out for me (due to come in post). They all went above and beyond and I would happily recommend this company if you’re going to purchase a car. 5 Star rating,
