Friendly staff, brilliant dealership

Although bought a motorbike from here rather than a car the adviser / salesperson was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Perhaps you should sell more motorbikes as well as the cars??

Saw Danny about a q5. Came back to buy it and it had gone but straight away saw a Vw Tiguan r line and it’s now mine . Nice people. To deal with quick easy sale easy finance all bits done well done

My son had to purchase another vehicle and his mind was set on an Audi so firstly we visited Audi Stockport and that wasn't a particularly enlightening experience. Both cars seen on line had gone even though the site was up to date The tried to palm us off with an older car that frankly wasn't in excellent condition so we walked away. Looked at Oakwoods stock and arranged to call the next day. Jason was fantastic and very helpful indeed, answered all of our questions and once my son had chosen the car, an A1, we arranged to test drive it the following day and by the end of that day my son had made the purchase. He is delighted and we all came away feeling confident about the back up in place and that we had made the right purchase. Would I go there again, most certainly.

Did a part ex and bought a car from Oakwood Motor Company, was dealt with in the main by Danny who was very easy to deal with, made sure I understood what stages we were up to, and had the car ready for collection even though he wasn't in work that day.

Initial service at Oakwood Motor Company was good before you buy the car by salesman Danny. However, show room customer service is poor not even offered a coffee while waiting. Test drive are not long enough just round the block. After sales service disgusting, never return your call, you have to chase them several times. Excuses is they are very busy, they need to employ more sales people. I hope i have made the right decision buying a car from this garage, time will tell.

We have been looking for a Nissan Juke for a few weeks, viewed a few at other garages and were let down by the condition of the cars. We saw the one advertised at Oakwood, and went to view it straight away. We were met by Jason who was really friendly and we arranged a test drive, after the test drive we arrange to buy the car and trade in our old Nissan. Poor customer service, avoid the warranty package Oakwood Motor Company state as a must have warranty. Charged me £1000 for this, with very little or no cover. Maximum claim £1000 for a warranty costing the same amount & weasel their way out of paying any claim. Take your business elsewhere is my best advice, I know I will in the future.

Went to buy a 2016 black Audi A7 upon collection one tyre almost bald even though car just MOTD????? and no service history at all even though at time advertised as FSH then upon inspection APR different to agreed by email Walked away wouldn’t deal with Oakwood Motor Company.
