I have to admit this is by far the best experience I’ve had when buying a car. It was quick and I drove away in my new car the same day. The staff were very friendly and Jack gave excellent customer service.

Well we looked at a car online , liked it and was invited by Iskwood to come have a look , we did my daughter loved it a few details were taken and a few coffees later we bought it , Michael was a pure gent and became more of a friend than someone selling cars can totally 100% recommend this company if you want to buy a car and know it’s not overpriced

visited Oakwood to view a vehicle I had seen online, it was ready and waiting for us when we arrived, the Service Manager was brilliant, really helpful throughout our visit and informed us of every stage of the purchasing process and the car was ready to drive away the same day. Definitely, recommend them.

I had several Minis to view over a few days and by chance found one at Oakwood Motors that we decided to view first with every intention of seeing the other cars afterwards. As I had my last mini for 7 years I was quite apprehensive as I wanted to part ex and wasn’t sure what to expect .. well the experience could not have been better, stress free, no pressure and actually really really pleasant which I was not expecting at all! Jacob who was helping us is just amazing, really friendly and put us at our ease, went through everything thoroughly and offered a great part ex on my old mini.. so much so we didn’t feel the need to look further. The car I bought is beautiful, I am absolutely over the moon with it. Jacob can’t do enough for you and all the other staff are really friendly. The showroom is relaxed and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. Customer service is amazing and they make a great coffee. We viewed on the Sunday and the car was ready the following day. I can’t recommend Oakwood Motors and Jacob enough. We will definitely be back when it’s time for my husband to change his car and will recommend to family and friends. They have some gorgeous cars it’s well worth a visit.

After purchasing my vehicle, all issues have finally been resolved. This has taken several weeks and visits back and forth causing me stress and disappointment. I have reluctantly given 5 stars, only because my vehicle is now as I expected it to be.
