Brought a car from this "garage" back in November and had so much wrong with it. First of all turbo was gone straight away, both front window regulators went followed by a major oil leak, then wheel bearings gone, ESP playing up. Then as I got six months warranty on the car Which I paid for I could take it to there garage they use (Gibbos) but as you would expect from a half arsed company like Oakwood Vehicle Sales Of Harlow did not fix the problem as I drive away the problem was still there. I've had enough of it now so I'm using a real garage to sort my car out. Stay away for your own good.

I bought a Ford Fiesta from here in January. I have had a few issues with it such as a rattling sound and the bonnet wont open. The dealers were helpful and when I received the vehicle, it was clean and in good condition. I would recommend this dealership but would suggest you have the car double checked over.

I purchased a car from Oakwood Vehicle Sales of Harlow in January... and I too have had nothing but trouble!!!
And have contacted Trading Standards and i was wondering what advice you have received..??

Do not buy a car from Oakwood Vehicle Sales of Harlow... I bought one and had nothing but major issues with it from the moment I got it home and the dealer was not prepared to help me at all. I have reported them to trading standards and hope they get investigated and fined. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT EVERY COST!!!!!!

I bought a Car from here back in September. I have had quite a few issues with it and the mechanics really haven't been much help at all. The car was clean and in good condition when I received it and the car dealers were helpful and friendly but I wouldn't recommend this dealership based on the poor aftercare from the mechanics.

Same happening to me...bought car in January 2017 and its a knackered engine --- now tell me they have ceased trading - TRADING STANDARDS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER.

I got my KA from here a few months ago. I have had a couple of problems with the brakes but they have been resolved fairy quickly and easily by the dealership. The value for money for the car is okay but I'm not sure I would recommend them based in the issues with the brakes.

I purchased a Ford Fiesta for my Son's first car from Oakwood Vehicle Sales and was over the moon with their help. My Son was keen to get on the road, as a Parent I found it extremely daunting. However, the Staff here are amazing and go to any length to make sure you are getting good value for money, helpful and resourceful advice and really put me at ease. My Son is over the moon with his car, help and advice. I highly recommend this company, they give second hand car dealerships the correct experience and just how it should be!

I purchased a car from here in July and to be honest it was just a really bad buy. Around 11 parts need replacing and although the dealer is doing his best to get it sorted, the mechanics he has working for him just aren't getting the job done. The dealer is very nice and as long as the car comes back to me soon In full working order I would recommend him.

I purchased a Vauxhall Corsa in June from Oakwood Vehicle Sales which I found on Autotrader. The car is perfect. Really nice and clean and exactly as it was described online. I have had no issues with the car at all up to now and its very good value for money. The dealers were really helpful and friendly. I would happily recommend them without a doubt.
