Can I just say it was a wonderful experience I had today with the chaps down there at Oldham motors especially Bradley and Nabeel and Adam I’m absolutely chuffed to bits with my new car would recommend this company any time thank you

I purchased a Fiat 500 in January 21. Beautiful car. Excellent value for money. May 2021 the back screen washer stopped working. :( I called the Service dept. and asked if this was under warranty. They advised me to call in and they would have a look. They were brilliant professional and fixed the problem all within 30 mins! Thank you. Would highly recommend.

Wouldn’t recommend at all. Bought a car cash for around £9,000 and was told I had 30 days warranty if a problem appeared, I then noticed that when driving it was veering to the left aswell as the driver door making an awful loud banging when opening or closing it, then within a few days of the banging a nut fell out of the door. I raised this whilst it was still in its 30 day warranty and was told to bring it in for them to inspect, after I did that they decided to say that they wouldn’t fix either of the issues under warranty that I’d have to pay £300 for them to fix it even though when I rang them and booked the appointment it was in warranty’s they now claim they can’t fix it. Workers in the service department are also extremely rude. Definitely won’t return here, save your money and go else where customer service is shocking!!

My experience with Oldham motors service dept was first class did the work on time. The staff were most helpful. P.s also valeted my car inside and out.
