I only had the chance to drive my car for 2 weeks before a bus come into the back of me but it's booked in for the 17th to get the back bumper sorted, so hopefully the repair work won't take too long. I felt Recce really looked after me while I was enquiring about the car. He's even bringing me some floor matts to my house. You can't ask for better service.

The car I traded in was a Volkswagen Passat that I had from new back in 2019, and the T-Roc that I drove away in isn't too different. I know what I'm buying before hand so it was nice and easy.

I would like to rate my satisfaction at a 5/5. Martin made it extremely simple and swift with the sale of the car. He kept in contact and answered all my questions within 8 hours. I was introduced with a lovely greeting when I arrived to look at the car and was not pressured to buy anything, he offered all the services and assured me the option was there however it was completely my choice. He filmed a video of the car before I came to see it and did a great showcase of all aspects of the car, a nice video of the car before we drove off with it, made everything as clear as possible and I am forever grateful that with this being my first car purchase, which may typically be a big complicated step in life, was such a simple, easy going and re assuring experience. Would like to commend Martin to the highest credibility and would definitely recommend VW Oldham to anyone interested in purchasing any vehicle offered from their dealership.

Reece was the main person involved in the sale and he was great, I couldn't faut him but he was away when it come to the handover and it was Martin that finalised it, but it all went fine. I mainly use the car on weekends because I have a company car but it's been great for the small trips I've done.

So far everything is running well with my Arteon but it only has a 100 miles on it, so I'll see how I get on but I'm enjoying the car. The service I received from Michael was very good and the only reason for not giving top marks wasn't anything to do with him. I was travelling a distance to get the car but I had to take annual leave as I couldn't make a payment on a weekend, otherwise everything was great.

The car purchased was for my daughter and up to now I haven't heard about any issues, she loves it. It was myself that went with her on the day to buy the Polo and I felt Morgan was excellent. He was very nice and I felt that all of the paperwork was clearly explained.

Martin was spot on while I was at Oldham Volkswagen. His communication was perfect and I felt kept updated from start to finish, so I knew when to collect the car. I felt at any point I could back out of the deal but I had no reason to. It's been a cracking car and I love it.
