I’m getting on very well with my new ID.3! It’s a fantastic car, though it’s a little too clever for me at times. For example, the way you have to double-click the button to unlock the passenger door is something I’m still getting used to. I had a Nissan Leaf before, which was great, but the ID.3 gets more kilowatts per mile, which I’m very happy with. The dealership made the entire process really enjoyable. The team was incredibly helpful and never put any pressure on me, which I really appreciated. It was a great experience all around.

2 months on and I can happily say that my car has been running well. I use it day to day and there isn't anything I can think of that's gone wrong with it, I have no complaints. The car was ready on time to go when I turned up and I even got a full tank of fuel.

James & Jack were both very pleasant and helpful throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for a car. Only reason I’ve rated 4 stars instead of 5 is that I’m still waiting on some mats to arrive. Otherwise, everything has been perfect.

I haven't really driven my T-Cross that much, so I can't comment on the car too much but for now everything is going okay. Morgan was dead good on the day and he couldn't have done enough for me.
