Nothing short of fantastic for the time I spent at this company. I've never been to a Volkswagen dealership before so I didn't know what to expect but everything went better than I thought. Michael looked after me from the word go, he listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect car. After showing me around a few, this is when he showed me to the T-Roc. So he offered me a test drive and straight away I wanted it! Everything got sorted pretty quick from that point on and I was driving away happy.

I'm a newbie when it comes to driving owning an automatic car but thankfully the team at Oldham Volkswagen have been amazing at answering all of my concerns about owning one. Before visiting the dealership I did have a little drive of my husbands car which is an automatic, to make sure it's something I wanted to commit to buying. I'm a couple of months in, and I'm getting the hang of it. I don't give anyone top marks but I would happily get another car from here.
