This is the first time I've purchased such a new car, and it shows because I really struggled to get used to all of the new gadgets that are included in a 72 plate car 😀 I'm slowly figuring it all out. I love the car and I plan on keeping it for the next 10 years. James was amazing and he even picked me up from Piccadilly train station. He was very patient when it came to transferring the money because my bank was being awkward about confirming the transaction but after that everything went smoothly. I have no complaints at all.

I think the hardest part about getting my car from Oldham was deciding which model I wanted! Once I'd gotten over that obstacle, it was smooth sailing from there. I ended up going for the VW Golf Gte S-A because it was the perfect colour (black), the right milage and at the right price. From start to finish, it was a very simple process. Jack was amazing while I was getting my new car because not once did I feel pressured to buy a car, and any time I asked about the cars, he was able to give me all of the information in an instant.

I took my Tiguan out on its first tow the other day, and it pulled the caravan with ease! so I'm very impressed with it. Samuel was the main man who looked after me while I was at the dealership, he couldn't have done anything more for me. I wish the dealership was closer to home, so I wouldn't have to travel as far.

The car isn't actually mine; I got it for my daughter, who is currently at Liverpool University, so I've not actually seen the car. She hasn't been in touch to complain about the car, so I assume everything is running as it should be. All the way through, the service was very good, so everyone's happy.

This is my third Tiguan that I've purchased, so I knew what I was getting myself into. However, it was my first time getting a car from Oldham, and I have to say I'm very satisfied with how everything went! Everything went as smoothly as you could imagine, and while I was speaking to Noriel, it felt like I was talking to a friend. I know that this car will be good for a long time, so I'm taking a look at the service packages Oldham has to offer to keep the car running like new.

I was in the market for a particular model of Golf, and I was struggling to find it. Until I did a bit more digging and found one at Oldham Volkswagen. I don't live very far from the dealership, so I headed straight up to view it. It was exactly what I was looking for, and Leah's customer service was top notch to make sure everything went smoothly. Before heading to this dealership, I took a look online to see the reviews and since they were all positive, I headed down to see what they had in stock. After enquiring about a couple of cars, I went for the Volkswagen T-Cross. All of the reviews were spot on because the service I received was second to none. Noriel was very friendly throughout, which made it a really nice and comfortable experience.

I've had my Volkswagen T-Cross for over a month now, and it is running like a dream! Michael was the salesman who looked after me, and personally speaking, I don't think he could have done enough for me. He was really nice to talk to, very informative, and very approachable. I did get offered a test drive, but I felt it wasn't necessary with me owning Volkswagen cars all of my life.
