Ordered our new car 7 months ago. Car arrived a few days ago, pick our car up yesterday to already have to bring it back today with a fault in the microphone. Phoned and spoke to James who said he would have a look at it, arrive at the dealership to be told the car had to be booked in and no courtesy car would be available due to covid (may I add this is while they are sorting a courtesy car for the gentleman next to us. Willing to leave a 7 year old wheelchair user without a vehicle. Will NOT be using again will take the extra trip to Bury and deal with that dealership because the staff here have no people skills they are rude yet are quick enough to take your money!
