We were absolutely made up with our Volkswagen. It's been a wonderful car to drive, and both my partner and I find it incredibly comfortable. Noriel provided us with amazing service. We're really pleased with how smoothly everything went, without any issues on our end. We would definitely consider buying another car from here in the future.

Noriel you were brilliant! I couldn't recommend her enough because she was always on hand to help/ on the other end of the phone if I needed her, and I felt in great hands when she was talking me through the paperwork, leaving me with no hidden surprises. The Polo is for my son and he is very impressed with the car for the small times he's been out in it with his instructor, but for now we've got 0 issues with it. I never give anyone dead on 5 stars but the team weren't far off.

This is the first time I've purchased such a new car, and it shows because I really struggled to get used to all of the new gadgets that are included in a 72 plate car 😀 I'm slowly figuring it all out. I love the car and I plan on keeping it for the next 10 years. James was amazing and he even picked me up from Piccadilly train station. He was very patient when it came to transferring the money because my bank was being awkward about confirming the transaction but after that everything went smoothly. I have no complaints at all.

I don't give top marks, but to be honest, there wouldn't be anything I'd change about my experience. It was a quick and hassle-free experience.

I think the hardest part about getting my car from Oldham was deciding which model I wanted! Once I'd gotten over that obstacle, it was smooth sailing from there. I ended up going for the VW Golf Gte S-A because it was the perfect colour (black), the right milage and at the right price. From start to finish, it was a very simple process. Jack was amazing while I was getting my new car because not once did I feel pressured to buy a car, and any time I asked about the cars, he was able to give me all of the information in an instant.

I felt very comfortable walking around this dealership, and that was thanks to Michael for being so accommodating. I've had my car for a while now, and I have no regrets!
