I’m leaving this review as omc accrington don’t care, and Oldham omc might, we purchased a 21 plate fiesta in jan 24 , paid £895 up front for a 3 yr warranty, SP21 EPZ . Grey .. 16000 miles only…. It’s been nothing but trouble , not starting / couldn’t get in the car etc, battery dead, so we got the breakdown you get with the Emac warranty, and they came and got it going,and then days later happens again. , we got a local neighbour mechanic to get it going and we decided to go to omc Accrington to see what we can do as it’s not trustworthy to drive , we saw the puma deals on brand new cars , so we ended up trading it in against a brand new puma st line x ,… and we asked about a refund of the warranty payment as we used 6 months of it so if we had paid roughly £300 per year we should or there about get back £750 , ,losing £150 which was fair enough for AA call-out etc ,even though you can get AA for a year for £90!.? Anyway they said ring Emac up who said we cannot get a refund , we were fuming as if we’d paid monthly we would have just lost £150, so I left a very negative review on Emac web site, and then the maintenance manager answered my review to say he will contact me to discuss our review and see what he can do.. anyway James Grayson said I can get a refund because the car was unreliable and faulty so we can get one, , and all I had to do was tell omc Accrington to email Emac for the attention of James Grayson and Authorise a refund for us , but omc Accrington would not do it, again flaming fuming , and the salesman which we discussed our issue with said he would ring us that day as the manager was out at the dentist, never did, , and he insisted we cannot have a refund ,even though Emac said we can , so through no fault of our own we have lost £750 , we have bought 6/7 brand new cars over the years from there , NEVER again , we will go to Burnley’s Ford garage from now on, , we are disgusted with the attitude of don’t give a dam attitude of omc and they just take your money and tuff if anything goes wrong, I K Ridehalgh

Went down this afternoon (opening hours advertised as 9-5) Was closed this afternoon so traveled half a mile down the road and bought a used vw van from the excellent vw dealership around the corner
I bought my Fiesta in 2020 from Ford OMC, and have had annual services with them since. In July 2023 I had punctures on two wheels for the first time since buying the car but the locking nuts were missing from the boot, last seen at my annual service, so had to make do with temp repairs. I returned to Ford OMC to see whether the mechanic had put them aside, I wasn't hopeful because so many months had passed since my last service, but they had not. I was then offered new ones for £75 which I had no choice but to purchase. On taking my car to have both temp repairs done some weeks later, I was told by the garage (not Ford!) that I have the wrong locking nuts. I returned to Ford OMC with the locking nuts, and was told three times by a very disinterested parts salesperson that they needed my invoice for the locking nuts, staring at me and repeating in a monotone voice the same sentence, even when I pointed out that it was an electronic receipt so would be in their system, and the packaging was still new with their barcode on, but to no avail, he didn't even attempt to help. I returned later with the invoice that I had fortunately kept, only to find the parts and service department closed early on Saturdays. I will now have to take time off work to go back to Ford OMC yet again to hopefully get the correct locking nuts so that I can have my tyres repaired, which will hopefully not blow out in the meantime. I have been looking at different Ford models to replace my Fiesta in December this year, I will not be going to Ford OMC, and would not recommend their after sales service at all. Atrocious after sales service!

My Focus TDI suffered fuel injector failure, OMC Service quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced faulty injector. Now I’m back on the road super fast and the car runs a treat. The level of service from start to finish is simply amazing, Thank you OMC Service, Great. 😀 Plus car was washed and vacuumed how good is that.

Took my car for its service and m.o.t, at Oldham OMC I have the service plan for 3 years which I took out because I had it on my last car and I pay monthly because it stops getting a big bill at the time of service and m.o.t. Dropped it off at 9am and picked it up about 4ish, which I think is quite a long time to wait, had to take it back a couple of days later for some work to be done, another day with no car 8am-5pm, That is my only annoying part that it took two full days, so on the whole it was good, and now my car is ok for another year, my adviser was Farhad who was very polite and quite helpful.I have used OMC at Oldham for my last 3 cars and I havent had a problem, so if you need a new car go and see them.

None stop problems with the car I purchased back in December. Car needed repairs and that wasn't a smooth process in itself. From the repair team not communicating with myself or the sales team it just felt like I was mithering to find out what was actually wrong with my car. One of the reasons I didn't extend my warranty was that I couldn't face going back to that dealership if I was ever to have problems again. The whole experience wasn't something I would ever expect from a Ford dealership and would advise anyone thinking of buying from here to look elsewhere.

I live in Newcastle upon Tyne and I've recently bought a nearly new Kia Sorento from OMC. The car was delivered in excellent condition and on time. Dean Smyth was the salesman, I found him very helpful with a professional attitude. Nothing was too much trouble, he was concise and accurate with any worries I had regarding such a purchase in these difficult times. OMG we're that good I will travel 140 miles when considering my next car. With Covid restrictions I bought this car without an actual viewing or text drive, hence the trust in Dean. OMG are way better than any dealer near me.

Went in to obtain a review as my kia Rio is due for upgrading. Dealt with a sales rep and all was going fine until the end when he became rude and abrupt knowing they could not match an offer I already had from a different garage. Luckily I took my parents with me who witnessed the rudeness and when the sales rep proceeded to tell me there is a crack in your bumper ha he it was time to walk out as lies. No surprise no crack in the bumper even had it checked and no suprise no crack. My advice shocking don't bother unless you want to be ripped off!

I am in total agreement with you oldham ford will try and rip you off. It's like they dont have a fix price there they just tell you a price that comes to their mind. I am appalled with their service and now traumatised to deal with any other ford dealer.

I bought a Ford Fiesta back in May. The car was alright but it has had to go back for repairs but they had it all sorted out pretty quickly, they didn't mess about with it. The car was pretty poorly valeted that was my main issue but other than that they were good. I would recommend them.

Really nice and simple experience at OMC Oldham! Mark was really easy to talk to and didn't try to put any pressure on me at all. It was all a lot easier than I thought! I would definitely recommend this dealership to people on the lookout for a new car.
