Car looked immaculate. Test drive fine etc. Flashing lights on interior couldn't be explained. Car has been in and out of garage twice and near impossible to get warranty to sort. Avoid avoid

Before I breakdown my review I want it to be known the conditions I was buying a car in. Obviously we are all in the middle of this global pandemic, which makes going out and purchasing anything hard these days, from this most industries have found themselves stretched and struggling to make ends meet. Being a salesman myself I have a horrible trait of not only is it important for me to get the right product but it’s equally important for me to find the right team or sales person to buy from. Thrown in with all the above I believe there’s a shortage of stock for most car dealerships, so finding what your after is hard enough. All this being taken into account this was by far the easiest, smooth and stress free transaction I have made for anything I have ever purchased, I have had more trouble buying bread from Morrison’s than I had dealing with this fantastic company, founded by Lisa. Jasmine really helped me understand the process of buying a car with my existing car tied to a finance agreement I set up years ago. She made it easy for me to follow and explained how I could be going about looking for a new car. Before I came to “One Stop” I had already done my research on what I wanted but had not got a clue how to achieve it and was more salesman hunting to find someone who could help me, well look no further. I dealt with mainly Jasmine, but with the help of the managing director Lisa together they made this incredibly easy and we’re so reliable. I can not think of better things to say at this point in time, but please no that if your after a reliable car at a fair price with all the aspects of brand new and a stress-free buying process, these are your people. I for one will be back in the near future for my wife’s car upgrade and every time I need a rethink on my car. Thank you Jasmine & Lisa, keep up the good work and stay hungry. Bought a £5500 car less than a year ago from the One Stop Car Shop and already had to spend nearly £1000 on it. Plus customer service was diabolical and I wasn't taken seriously what so ever, presumably because I am a young girl.

Be very wary of leaving any deposit with One Stop Car Shop unless you are going to buy. They took £100 'Refundable' deposit by Visa Debit. on a Friday. I cancelled the transaction after a test drive on the Saturday morning, I was told refund couldn't be done until Monday. The following Friday despite 3 phone calls this had still not been done. BE CAREFUL !!!!

Our experience was easy and hassle free! Great selection of cars. The staff were friendly and helpful without pressuring us. Will definitely be visiting them again when I’m ready to change!
