Bought a £5500 car less than a year ago from the One Stop Car Shop and already had to spend nearly £1000 on it. Plus customer service was diabolical and I wasn't taken seriously what so ever, presumably because I am a young girl.

Be very wary of leaving any deposit with One Stop Car Shop unless you are going to buy. They took £100 'Refundable' deposit by Visa Debit. on a Friday. I cancelled the transaction after a test drive on the Saturday morning, I was told refund couldn't be done until Monday. The following Friday despite 3 phone calls this had still not been done. BE CAREFUL !!!!

Our experience was easy and hassle free! Great selection of cars. The staff were friendly and helpful without pressuring us. Will definitely be visiting them again when I’m ready to change!

We Bought a Vauxhall Mokka from One Stop Car Shop when we initially viewed the car it looked very clean inside but when we picked it up a week Later whoever did the mechanical work left dirty grease marks on the sun visors , also the SD map memory was missing informed the Garage they said they would send one out still waiting , also in the service book they have stated they have done a service it has been stamped as if they had but no signature, the car computer is telling me the service is due I haven't been able to talk to the original sales person as he is never at work .

Second time using one stop car shop no hard sell just fast and efficient sales from Joey. Found small problem on hand over meaning had to leave the car with after sales for a few days but Lee in servicing got it sorted, keeping me in loop all the while. Great job well done

I was really impressed by the no nonsence approach to car sales. I was made to feel.welcome from 1st contact. Would definitely recommend the One Stop Car Shop. Cheers also to Rob who made my experience painless.

Only buy a car from these people if you have somebody with you who knows about cars. The car I bought looked good in the showroom. It was a small car and I could not get used to it. After 6 weeks decided to change it. I took it to 3 different garages none of them would buy it off me they all said it had been in a smash and had a botched repair done. Have eventually sold it to a main dealer for 2000 less than I paid 6 weeks ago. After phoning approx 10 times have spoken to the salesman but am still waiting for his return call. Won't hold my breath. Please beware when using this garage

The Car we wanted was great, we really wanted it and the person we dealt with last year was great too, but the guy this time Dean was awful. Refused to even apply for our application for finance, wanted proof of our income before he even applied for the finance, despite us being approved instantly the last time we were there, 3 months prior. We were unable to complete the previous deal due to issues they found with the car we were buying. We would have happily shown proof of income if he'd bothered to apply for the finance in the first place. He seemed to think he was the one we were applying to for credit I think! Apparently he refused to apply for some poor guy before us because he was a taxi driver, pretty unbelievable to be honest a car salesman refusing to make credit applications to sell the cars he's paid to sell. I guess if you didn't meet his strict criteria then you cant buy a car from the one stop car shop. such a shame as the car was great wish we'd got the guy we had last time we'd have had a really nice car now.
