This is the used car dealer that I went to when I bought a car back in early 2015. Since I drove it away I had a small problem with the BMW I bought which they promptly fixed with no arguments. One Stop Car Shop Manchester were great and I would recommend them to anyone looking in the area.

When I bought my car from from One Stop Car Shop I did have a small problem, in whcih was dragged out a little longer than nesaccary. In the end One Stop Car Shop did invoice and pay for issue to be resolved. The staff were ncie and friendly and they did offer to help me out with travel which was a lovely gesture. I would recommend the dealership to family and friends.

In November I was looking for a car and ending up making a very happy and successful purchase from here. Car was advertised with two keys and full Service history. Drove from Essex to Manchester To buy and collect car to find only one key and no service history. I was assured this would being rectified within the week. A week passed and heard nothing, despite me telephoning and asking for this to be sorted by either our salesman Dean or another member of staff i was fobbed off with various excuses, including them speaking to Alfa in Italy, blah blah blah, in the end my husband rang and said if it wasnt rectified immediately we would report them to trading standards etc. eventually after 4 months i recieved the additional key and service history, no apology or anything. Just the key in an envelope followed by the service book, no accompanying letter or explanation. I would never use this car place again!
