Brought a ford ranger from lan at Online Cars Direct about 6 months and I have to say it the best service I’ve ever had from a car dealer!!!!!!! I’ve brought a lot of cars over the years and from the start lan was very welcoming and professional pressure free sale he leaves you to look over the vehicle for as long as you want and answers any questions to the best of his knowledge. After buying my ranger I had a couple of issues (let’s face it your buying a second hand car your going to get them) within the warranty period, lan was there straight away he had the car back off me and within a couple of days everything was sorting TOP MAN giving a TOP SERVICE thank you lan I’ll be coming back again !!!!!

Just bought a navara from Online Cars Direct and the whole experience was faultless.....everything sorted in a matter of minutes,no pressure at all from Ian to buy just let’s you look around until you decide what to do....the first thing he did when I arrived was offer me a coffee! Top marks and definitely buy again from here.

I've recently purchased a truck with Ian and Jason and I am very happy with it and the service they provided. From start to finish everything was professionally done and at no point did I feel pressured to buy. They check the vehicles meticulously and Jason was very knowledgeable on any questions I asked regarding the condition of the vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in buying a second hand pickup as the service was 5 star.

I purchased a Land Rover Defender from Online Cars Direct which was in good overall condition although when I got it home it did have some issues which were unknown to them. The response for the remedy was helpful and sensible and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The after sale service, often lacking, was exceptional and you can easily talk to this dealer to help resolve the problems in an amicable way.

I bought a car from Ian and Jason in November. The service and received was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for them Both and I was made very welcome and put at ease. The truck price was good, and it drives superbly. Definitely recommend them.

I recently purchased a vehicle from these guys and from the start to me pulling off of the drive was a fantastic experience. There was absolutely no pressure to buy was given all the time in the world to inspect the car. Paperwork was extremely simple. Would 110% reccomend these guys to anybody looking for a genuine honest salesperson.

Disappointed. I was reassured by the positive comments on here, on closer inspection, the reviews are all left by people with a single review, for this business. VERY Fishy! Anyway, to my experience, just over a year ago I bought a car for just over £8,000 however, after handing over this large sum of money, I then had to spend an additional £520 myself to get it right, it was then ok for the next few months but has now got an oil leek, an MOT failure on numerous items and a dreadful noise from the turbo, sigh. They did pay for a couple of major issues to be fixed but the remaining £500 I had to spend to get it right, I was told it was and I quote “it’s a second hand car, what do you expect?” Well, in all honesty, I expect that paying a premium at a forecourt it would have been ready to use and drive for a few months before having to take it to be repaired! Most forecourts give the vehicle a multi point check and perform a service. This one doesn’t, in my case at least. Much More friendly and accommodating before the sale, disinterested after you’ve handed over money. They did repair some of the issues eventually, which is why I didn’t give them a well deserved single star rating, but be aware, Important! If you don’t live local to Kidderminster you may want to think twice about buying from here because if anything goes wrong you’re expected to travel to them and leave your car with them for a couple of days while they fix it. VERY inconvenient if you live 40 odd miles away like I do. On the whole I’ve been left disappointed, and feeling deceived, as the guy was nice... at first. If you see a car you want, don’t make the same mistakes I did. Check ALL electrics, make sure the CD player and radio works, check under side of the vehicle and take it for a good test drive and listen out for noises, Don’t just take his word for it that everything is perfect, because, it almost certainly won’t be. If you know very little about cars like me, and you trust this dealer then be prepared to be taken for a ride if you don’t perform a thorough check! Forecourt prices, yes, forecourt service, definitely not.

I find it very fishy that you would leave a review with out leaving your name or confirming your email address. I can not remember your purchase? as I usually remember any vehicle that we have had an issue with. my suspicion is that this review has been left probably by our completion. but never the less I will respond to it. all of our vehicles come with a a pre delivery 52 point inspection carried out by one of us. and all come with a free one month warranty which is return to base. Everyone! gets the opportunity to purchase an Extended warranty of 6 months. which is not return to base. if you chose to not accept the extended warranty, that is your choice. but please do not complaint that you have to return the car to us for any repairs if that is the case. Also, How would any dealer be able to repair a vehicle if it wasn't left with someone to repair it?? if we were to include a service and extended warranty in every sale, then obviously the price of the vehicle would increase. we aim to keep our overheads to a minimum and pass these savings on to our customers. we give the customers the choice to take an extended warranty, or service or anything else they may require to satisfy our customers needs. Every deal is individually tailored to our customers needs. there for it would be silly to assume that every customers is happy to pay the increase costs of a service which may not be needed and an extended warranty which may not be wanted. Our customers have the choice to decide if they want these facilities or not. but these facilities are all available and offered to our customers. With 52 years full time motor trade between myself and Jason, we know what were doing here. were very honest, open, completely transparent and friendly. Were both ex Forces and love what we do here. We aim to provide a great service and to install confidence that your purchase is safe and secure, and from all of our reviews on various sites you can see that is exactly what we do here. If you were genuinely one of our customers and this is a real review, then I would like to apologise on our behalf. I welcome any constructive criticism as this is the only way we can constantly improve our service.
Please see my previous reviews. As I said I would I have now used Ian for the 3rd time. Just can't fault the service,honesty and professionalism. This time used them to sell a third vehicle I owned.
