I bought a mercedes from open road cars with a long list of faults. car was described as "in excellent condition". took them to court , result was they lost the case and repaid me for the car plus court costs.
I have dealt with open road cars on several occasions and Paul has always been polite helpful. And professional I have recommended him to my friends,who have used him and have always had excellent feedback I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again.
Recently purchased a car which I'm really happy with. It was exactly as described and in the many photos sent to me. I can honestly say an all round friendly professional company whom I would deal with again.
Open Road Cars sell cars on lie basis , they say all sorts of things on car ad *Full services history,full year MOT,brilliant drive ect but when you actually go down to buy the car you only get 7 month mot with no service history worst of all they force you to buy it 😂
Do not have anything to do with Open Road Cars! The man who has been in the trade for '40' years is unprofessional and total waste of your money! He was very rude and doesn't care about the customers. Stay away and buy a care from someone who cares if you want my opinion!

The car is running well mechanically and it was good value. With this being said I probably wont be using them again, they forgot to provide the MOT certificate, there was no manual with the car or locking wheel nut key. There was no real hand over it was just done at the mans house. It's these things that don't fill you with confidence when you're buying a car.

Open Road Cars in Apperley Bridge were above average I would say. When I was buying from them it was a no pressure service. It was the same guy that served me all the way through. With the car they valeted it before I came to pick it up and drive it away. No problems since purchase so no comment on after service.
