From my very first contact with Optimum Vehicles, I was impressed with the honest, friendly and helpful staff who dealt with my enquiry. Nothing was too much trouble, especially for Jack Bower, who dealt with all my queries. He made buying the car a problem free, pleasant experience. As we were unable to travel from Wales to see the car, we were more than satisfied with their delivery service. The car was exactly as advertised. Jack went through all the paperwork with us, and explained everything in detail. Myself and my husband are really pleased with our purchase, and with the professional treatment we received from Jack and his colleagues. We would 100% recommend Optimum Vehicles to anyone looking for a used car.

I found Optimum Vehicles through Auto Trader and I'm very glad I did, Paul was a pleasure to deal with, when the car broke down shortly after the sale they took the car in, sourced the problem and had me back on the road in no time. I can't praise the staff enough for all their help and I will be going back to them direct for my next car.

My family has been buying cars from Optimum Vehicles for over 7 years and have not only received first class customer service but have also saved on average after market research over 11% per vehicle purchased. I cannot say enough good things about Paul and his team.
I have waited six months to write this review about Optimum Vehicles and its staff. I have done this to see if there after care was as good as the deal they found me? I must say that Paul Sanderson and his staff provide a service that is five star and second to none. For instance I rang Paul on his day off last Saturday because my car was out of MOT and sando got it into the test centre that day and it past with flying colours. Then yesterday evening I went over something in the road which knocked a protective cover from underneath the car. I rang sando and he told me to bring it in straight away and even provided me with a courtesy car. Best people for buying a car you will ever deal with.

I have now purchased my 4th car from Paul Sanderson and his team of specialists. When I say specialists I mean they know what they are talking about from customer care right through to the mechanics (Karl in particular)who have serviced my cars over the years. From Mercedes to BMW's and even a nice little run around for the Mrs. Paul and his team have always looked after me and believe me I do like to get them to knock a few quid off here and there and ask for some extras like tinted black windows etc. I have often told friends and family to go and see Paul and the team when looking to buy a new car and would genuinely be happy to recommend Optimum Vehicles to anyone who is serious about purchasing a high quality vehicle.
