Car seemed tidy and well valeted, quite low mileage and good price, however soon developed faults that weren't covered (of course) by the warranty I was pushed into buying at time of purchase. Salesman got aggressive when returned with a 3rd party mechanic to discuss the problems and told to basically leave! Really bad unprofessional behaviour. Definitely look elsewhere!

This is our second car from Orchard Car Sales, find them always honest and their Cars a lot better quality than a lot of the other garages, nice guys to deal with, would definitely recommend

As a single female I am unfortunately well aware that there are some sad men of a certain type out there, well trust me there is one here! I went to Orchard car sales as they had a reasonably priced car that fitted my budget, I looked it over and requested a test drive from the sales guy. As soon as we were in the car together he started making suggestive remarks which was totally disgusting! I'm actually an Engineer in the forces so I do know a few things about cars and the lies this guy gave me about the car insulted me beyond words! I could rant on but I won't waste any more of my time time on this individual.

We don't buy cars very often so this was a big occasion for us. We called on Tuesday and arranged to view the car the following day, Russell showed us the car and we looked over it and took it for a test drive. We had a few questions which were all answered thoroughly; and he even helped set up our phones with the Bluetooth ! My wife and I are really happy with our new car. We would highly recommend Orchard car sales.

I recently bought a car from this garage had I minor issue, I spoke to Russell and Alex and they sorted this issue straight away , these are a couple of straight up honest guys which you don't normally get from car sales men, I am so glad I bought my car from Orchard Car Sales.

I phoned Orchard car sales the day before I wanted to do a test drive on a Citroen Picasso for my daughter. I reserved the car over the phone with a deposit and test drove the vehicle the next morning. We were very impressed with the car and Russell and Alex were very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this garage to all my friends and will happily buy another car in the future.

Saw a car online at Orchard Car Sales, rang up to try and place a reservation deposit on it but were told we couldn't, and if the car went it went. Took a day off work to travel over two hundred miles to come and view the car. The vehicle was not as described on the internet, wrong mileage, was advertised with full service history when most recent service had not been done, general condition not as described on autotrader. Photographs online did not show the true condition of the vehicle. My partner had a good look round the car before we were willing to spend our money. We expressed a few issues to the salesman about the car. He subsequently disappeared for ten minutes and returned to tell us that he had been on the phone to his business partner and was now not willing to sell us the car. As soon as we mentioned we both worked in the trade and that my partner was a mechanic his whole tone changed for the worse. We understood the age of the car reflected the condition but the fact it was not as described on the internet really put us off. He was not even willing to negotiate on the price at all. He proceeded to tell us that he wasn't going to sell us the car because we knew the law regarding returning the goods for a refund within a six month period. His patronising tone was absolutely disgusting. Never have I heard a dealer tell a customer that they don't want to sell them a car just because they express their opinion. My partner and I have over thirty five years experience in the trade, if I spoke to a customer they way he did with us I would be receiving a disciplinary. They're loss was our gain as we found a much nicer car at another dealer less than fifty miles away and received much better customer service.

The owner at Orchard Car Sales was friendly until the moment he found out my son worked in automotive. His whole attitude changed. I asked to test drive 2 cars and was told "that's not how it works". My reply, you wouldn't to go buy a wedding dress without trying it on to see if it suits you. He turned away a £3k cash sale. More fool him. Would not recommend.
