My daughter purchased her first car from here - The cars AC required re gassing as it didn't work , Olly said this would be done prior to us collecting the car. This did not happen even though on the morning of collection he stated it had been done! I also don't believe the car had a full service either! as conveniently on the morning of collection he had to go and get the book stamped!
Upon communication with Olly regards to the AC he said he would do , he was very unhelpful avoided calls/Messages and eventually just told us to go to blue chip the warranty company, whereby we aren't getting much joy either !
When you buy a car in excess of 4k you expect a good service ! The service has been shocking! I would avoid at all costs!
- Oh and thanks Olly for not bothering to send off the log book your end! again not completing transactions correctly!
AVOID - plenty of other companies out there run correctly!

Have bought a car recently from Cannock garage from Oliver, which broke down the next day(limp mode, engine light on, engine knock, etc). Called back and they accepted to take it back to look at it and fix it at their own cost, however refused to refund or cover recovery back to garage. They diagnosed it as engine failure and confirmed will replace engine. In the end they also had to replace the battery. Picked up the car after 2 weeks(in which it was very difficult and frustrating to get updates), had to wait 30 mins and didn't get any kind of receipts for work done, but only some service history from the donor car for the replacement engine. Finally after driving the car home it went into limp mode again with engine light on, and started to misfire again, so conclusions are clear. Overall seemed decent but the words are not matching the behaviour of the car unfortunately.

Brought a car of them in early February 2023 it’s now June and I’ve only just had the car back .
Within the first couple days I noticed a noise coming from the crank pulley. I messaged olly a few times about this and he ignored my messages , so I took it to my local garage and they advised me to take it back to the dealership after they had put a new pulley on , that took over 2 weeks.
I messaged Olly about this and once again he ignored my messages.
It’s taken almost 10 weeks to get the pulley sorted , and the car is still broke the noise is still there and the pulley is still wobbling. Didn’t even get the receipt of what had been done to the car I had to ask for it.
there’s lack of communication barley any customer service just throws the keys at you.

Absolutely disappointed put all my faith into this company and seemed like they wanted to help even tho a previous customer turned up and told me not to buy a vehicle from them i still put all my faith into them....put all i had into a car of them and within 8 weeks refused to fix car due to cost had refund for vehicle but left with no car and well out of pocket..oli seemed to want to help to start untill they didnt want to pay out wouldn't tryst again..

Oli was a wonderful chap, a really pleasant guy to buy from. I have sold the Z3 as it was the right car but sadly at the wrong time. It was in such good condition and drove like a dream. He was really transparent and honest throughout, although I do live in south Wales if he had the right car, I'd be more than happy to make the journey to Cannock again.

I couldn't fault Oli really, he has been great throughout the process. I was able to view the Honda in my own time with no pressure or hounding. Everything was set out really clearly, and I was able to take the car away with me right away. I highly recommend O'regan Motors, and if they had something I was interested in I would happily buy again.

The Corsa is a truly wonderful car, it recently had it's MOT done, and it passed with flying colours, no advisories or anything! Oli was brilliant, when I was buying my car, such a nice young man. I'd happily recommend him to others, he is a great guy to buy from.

I have really used the car since buying it, however, on the drive home, I was very happy with how everything was running. Oli was a really nice chap, he was so helpful, and made it a really smooth transaction. I have been to O'regan's before, and would be more than happy to go again!
