Tia was extremely warm, polite and helpful, whilst also being super professional. The process was made extremely easy, and everything asked was explained without my feeling rushed or foolish for asking the questions. The only reason that finance wasn't explained was due to being cash buyers - I literally am unable to give any constructive feedback as I don't believe anything could actually have been done any better than it was, or my experience improved in any way. DISGUSTING AFTERSALES***DO NOT BUY FROM OTTER VALE****COWBOYS*** Bought a truck from these in 2024, issues arouse from collection, 2nd key was not working, then they tried to reprogram a key that then wiped the 1st key leaving the car stuck on the ramp, bearing in mind this was a pre arranged pick up of the truck! Clearly the cowboys did not do there pre inspection checks of the truck! So had a 4 hour round trip for nothing... finally got the truck and developed a fault with the window going up and down, rang there service department and was told this was covered under warranty and to bring the truck in! I took the truck in and was given a loan truck with no fuel in it. Had a call to say the truck was ready and it was just the rubbers on the windows that were dry and that it needed lubing up to then be told that I would be charge £60 as it was not a mechanical fault. No mention of this was made on the initial booking and if the truck was properly pre inspected/checked prior to collection then it would not have been a fault.. They would not release my truck and held me to ransom till the £60 was paid... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! ***DO NOT BUY FROM HERE***

Was told the vehicle I bought in March 2022 had a full service history. Upon payment was told this could not be provided due to GDPR and a load of other excuses. Once I involved the Financial Services Ombudsman, Service history was provided which of course would help when it comes to re-sell.

Picked up our L200 yesterday and very pleased with it, Andrew was very helpful and made sure the sale was done without any issues, would highly recommend 👍

My father in law purchased a car from here with the help of his family in December 2019. The whole experience was a disaster from start to finish. The salesman lied to them about the car having service history and the reason for the car not having a V5C document. The car purchased was in need of a service which only became known to the family when it was begin driven home. The car would not start the very next day due to the battery begin flat. This had to be replaced which was done FOC but the car should never have been sold with a duff battery. Otter Vale refused to service the car without payment and as we had no faith in them it was done by another garage. On their website at the time of purchase they claimed to be accredited to The Motor Ombudsman. This was another lie as they were not accredited at all. We only found out this when we tried to complain about them to The Motor Ombudsman and were told they were not members. Never again AVOID!

I contacted the garage interested in a car they had advertised, but it had unfortunately sold so they offered to find me another one sending me options via email with pictures and info, within a week they had a car in for me to test drive and i went ahead with the purchase. I would not put right the bodged head gasget repair they did on the car when i bought it even though it had been taken back for loosing coolent within a month of buying the car i would never go to Otter Vale Motor Services again.
