I bought a used car from Outwoods Motors 1st week in January with a 3 months guarantee..After 4 weeks I had to buy A new battery.I am still waiting to be reimbursed.

Leaving your lights on all night in any car will drain the battery. Warranties do not cover customer errors.
When you purchased the car, you were not confident in driving it and the car was delivered to your home address free of charge. Your first contact was not Outwoods Motors to discuss your battery issue, you went to a well known high street car part store , and they informed you that you needed a new battery. You agreed to them fitting this and then asked for a reimbursement. You were clearly told at the point of sale, that any issues you had with the car within the first 3 months, you should call the office to discuss any action needed. I would of gladly helped had you contacted me before any action was taken.
Any future customer reading this, can gladly call the office to discuss any concerns they may have.
As you can see from all other reviews, Outwoods Motors (www.Outwoodsmotors.co.uk) is an honest, and reputable dealer.

Nigel was very friendly and helpful when we went to view the car that we went on to buy from Outwoods Motors. Unfortunately a few days after picking up the car a yellow warning light appeared on the dashboard and we also discovered an issue with the air conditioning. Nigel was fantastic and told us to take the car to our local garage and to keep him informed. Our local garage diagnosed the issues and discussed them with Nigel, who told the garage to go ahead straight away and he would pay for the repairs, which he did. Nigel was brilliant and his customer service is exemplary, even my local garage commented what a nice guy Nigel was to deal with. From our experience we would recommend Outwoods Motors 100%.

Outwoods Motors provided a very good service. I recently purchased a Mercedes ML from them. A couple of days after buying the car we noticed a minor issue with the car, however when we contacted Nigel about it he was happy for us to take it to our local garage to repair it and he covered the costs for the work straight away. Excellent customer service!

I contacted Nigel about selling my old car and buying a new one from him. Nigel could not have done more to help; and did me an excellent deal on a Kia Picanto. Very pleased. Thoroughly recommend.

Bought a 10 year old sante fe from Nigel at outwood motors. Sadly car developed an intermittent starting problem which proved difficult to diagnose whilst there were delays at the main dealers where the fault was eventually diagnosed and repaired all of which were outside Nigels control. Nigel kept me informed at every stage and provided a loan car until the repair was concluded.
I was really overwhelmed at the customer service especially given that the car was at bargain basement end of his extensive range and would recommend him.

I went to see a MGZT and Nigel at Outwoodsmotors@aol.co.uk was kind enough to keep hold of the car for one month as I couldn't take it straight away. It was a trouble free transaction. Would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Bought my daughters first car from here. Dead nice and friendly, put my mind at rest as no pressure to buy! Would definitely recommend, and my daughter was very happy and is now confidently driving, will be looking for my next one from here too!

Outwoods Motors sold me a car with only one key and assured me several times that he would send it to me by recorded delivery. This never happened and despite contacting them on numerous occasions they don't respond. A second key for the car cost's in excess of £150 (it's a Renault). If you have a choice don't buy from them.

There was only one key at point of sale as you were aware of this, sometimes the 2nd key dose turn up and we forward to the customer, we would have paid for another key for you but as you were not completley honest with the car you px'd with its cold starting isues and never made an offer to us for the repairs we will not be replacing the 2nd key
