I WISH IF I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY. DODGY CAR WITH THE DODGY MOT. I HAVE BOUGHT A MERCEDES A160 WHICH WAS ADVERTISED FOR £10000 AND THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY HAVE CHARGED ME £500 MORE TO PROMISE ALL THE WORLD. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE NO VALET,NO SERVICE DODGY MOT AS AIRBAG LIGHT WAS ON STONE CHIPS ON THE WINDSCREEN, WHEELS BADLY CURBED, LOT OF PROMISES TO REFUND SOME MONEY TOWARDS THE REPAIRS BUT AFTER THREE MONTHS OF WAIT STILL NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF LIES. TRADING STANDARD HAS BEEN INFORMED. I HAVE CONTACTED TODAY WITH COUNTY COURT AND I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER TO THE COURT. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Bought a Nissan Qashqai from Owens motors Excellent service from start to finish with Leon & all the team. I bought this car for my wife who is extremely happy with the Quality of the car its just like a New car low Milage full service history 1 owner, we will definitely be going back to do business with Owens Motors again & would advise my friends & anyone to chat first with there team when looking for the right car. Recently bought my first car with Owens Express. A pleasure to deal with, good communication, called when they said they would, gave the information requested and went out of their way, I never felt pressured on the sale. Experience with other dealers in comparison, nowhere close to the the service I received. The long warranty is a great addition, giving additional peace of mind. Love my car. Highly recommend. I had been looking for a new car for 2 months and looking at alot, I finally found a beautiful car at Owens and it was perfect. Staff friendly not at all pushy very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I went to view the car on my own and staff where great. I am extremely happy with my new wheels and would highly recommend this garage . 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sorry to all reading that this is so long but wanted to be as detailed as possible about the nightmare this dealer has and is still putting me through! I purchased a Land Rover Discovery from Owens Express Motors Ltd. The deal included service, a new cambelt, 2 week full refund option if issues were found, 15 months warranty, with the additional £99 pack included, a PDI check, valet and free delivery. Full payment had to be paid before delivery could happen. At first, the customer service was friendly and spot on. After paying I was told they had found the cambelt was replaced in April by previous owner so did not replace as not needed...but no offer to refund any of my money from the original deal which included a new cambelt. Come delivery day- it wasn’t bought down by truck as advised, instead driven down by owner Mr Leon Owens. He was very focused on explaining that any problems they would take care of, as customer service was so important to them! The day I got it I noticed the stereo screen didn’t work and the radio didn’t get reception and advised Mr. Owens immediately. 2 days after what was otherwise a wonderful driving car, multiple electronic faults appeared. I advised Mr Owens again who said these were common on Discovery’s and the radio he look Into getting fixed but “wasn’t that important to him at this time” A day later the SRS airbag light came on and stayed on. After alerting Mr Owens about this he said he would get it in some time to look at. I advised I wanted seen ASAP as this was a serious safety fault and an immediate MOT failure. After 2 weeks there was still no sign of getting it booked in anywhere even after multiple calls. Then driving home in heavy rain, water starts to leak through the sunroof and through the incar entertainment DVD player! Again I advised Mr Owens who didn’t reply. The next morning, car won’t start at all!!! I jump started the car and noticed the immobilized light continually on so did not drive it. The next day...non starter again. I call Mr Owens to finally be told he has it booked into Land Rover Droitwich the following week (3 weeks after initial complaint) and after I had to send certified letter within the 30 day Consumer Rights timeframe. I took it into LR on Monday 12th August. They had it for 3 WEEKS and he would only authorize them to do 2 basic diagnostic checks on the battery/electric faults. He refused LR to carry out any diagnostics on the roof, research the root cause of the electrical faults, or do any of the repairs needed. He says they have told him it’s just the battery (which they did not) and “he will replace that and the car will be perfect”. Not sure how a battery fixes all electrical faults and a leaking roof!? I then requested a full refund as no longer wanted to deal with Mr Owens or trust he would fix the car. Owens Express Motors are currently refusing a refund - only offering to collect car, sell it, then return monies to me 21 days after that!! To which I flatly refused - having my car AND MONEY....I don’t think so! The last phone conversation Mr. Owens kept called my husband a con man. I have already filed with Trading Standards, taken all steps advised by Citizens Advice Bureau and have now had to start legal proceedings. At the moment I just have a very expensive driveway ornament.

Get yourself to a small claims court do not allow him to sell the car he will not give you your money back . Go back to owens hand him the keys reject the car and go straight to court . Fake 5 star reviews to hide the true customer reviews that have had a real experience with this dealership..........
