Saw Owens Express Moyors site on internet thought id drive down an see . The owner was helpful an trusted me to look round his site for anything I liked I wanted a Mondeo estate. Mr owens said he would find me what I was after and he would contact me in due course 3 days later he found me 4 Mondeos I chose the one I liked an next day it was at his showroom went down looked at it drove it perfect just what I wanted mr owens was helpful an he got me what I wanted I would recommend him every time, friendly guy who cant do enough to help you.

Superb process from start to finish. Called Leon on the Saturday evening as I needed a new car urgently. Told me to come in the Sunday morning and drove my new car away on the Monday. Couldn't recommend him enough and he got me an excellent deal on my Audi A6.

The initial review identified a small number of issues that was agreed would be put right prior to delivery in May. The car was not taxed when delivered and took weeks to get sorted. Also it took numerous calls to get some of the issues corrected and some 3 months later still waiting for new sun visor and boot floor. Also advised that car had been checked and serviced. Not done as per schedule and 1K spent correcting faults. Finally when I claim on warranty I find it is worthless and AE warranties will not honour agreement. My advice, avoid Owen Express Motors like the plague.
