I recently purchased a Van from Leon and I have to say the service I received was amazing, from start to finish I was given the best service. I purchased he Van on the recommendation from Leon he even took the time to deliver the Van in person to my home in the Wirral, I will e recommending family and friends to use Owens Motors if they are looking to but a vehicle and are wanting 5 star service, so again thanks Leon.

Anyone who looking to buy a car. I strongly advise u not to go to Owens express. All they want to do is take ya money and if u got a problem with the car believe me once they had there money they won’t care about u again. The owner is a proper jack the lad with gift of the gab. Am sorry to be saying this about a place in these hard times but please go any where else

Would just like to say a massive thank you to Leon and Reece for there assistance on getting me my car. There service was 10/10 and there help to get me on on the road as soon as a possible due to not being able to work without a vehicle. Bought car from here with 2 keys but only got one key and keep ringing for another key been told after 6 weeks to come and collect the key being told by the owner himself if he has to sell this car for another 3 never again too me because I wanted my key which should of been there in the first place were very different when buying and very different when picking my key up so he thinks never again I change my cars quite often but I am here to say NEVER AGAIN FROM OWENS MOTORS the rest of staff were nice and helpful but remember you will get ignored because of this i didn’t bother telling them that my car has fault with ABS and loosing brake fluid which is important I will get ignored so just will sort out somewhere else. Bad experience in short

I would totally recommend Owens. Leon and his wife immediately made me feel welcome and at ease. They are straight, decent and honest people and Leon went out of his way to sort finance on my car. He helped me get credit after I didn’t think I would be able to, and sorted everything unbelievably quickly for me. The whole process was just really simple. I went in on Sunday, and by Monday he had sorted the finance for my car and it was all complete. Everything was upfront and I have got a brilliant deal on my car thanks to Leon. The payments are reasonable and I can’t thank him enough. I have never written a review before but I am just so impressed with the service I received. Definitely recommend!

I am not normally someone who leave reviews but the service I experienced at Owens Motors was exceptional. It was my first time buying a car and I could not be happier, I got the car for an amazing price and was not disappointed when I picked up the car. I would recommend this place if you are a first time buyer or an experienced buyer. The staff are friendly and have your best interests at heart, which is hard to find in other places. The service is five star and would not go anywhere else if I was to get another car. I really couldn’t recommend this place more. They put me at ease through the whole process.

Bought a Citroen C4 Picasso that was advertised as having a satnav. It doesn't, after a couple of phone calls assuring me that something would be sorted. Nothing came to pass and messages are now just being ignored. Also they had lost the V5C, they gave me a cheque wrongly made out so I paid the £25 and was asked to send my bank details so they could transfer the money to me. Of course that's not happened either. A look at a few other reviews on other sites show up similar accounts of people being fobbed off and ignored. If I'd looked before the purchase I wouldn't have bought from them. My complaints are now with the finance company to follow up, I don't have much hope. The shady dealers of the world seem to always get away with this stuff with no come back. Shame as a bit of Karma would be deserved!
