Bought a range rover from owens express motors back in september 2016 within 9 days i contacted owens to inform of numerous issues 1 being the gearbox not selecting drive . Leon owens then trying to say it was sold as seen without warrenty but i saved the advert and no such nonsense was on his advert . Over 100 phone calls with proof to owens and 3 months late mr owens agreed a full refund he decided to take my car sell it at auction and raise the rest of cash him self . Supplying me with a car to get to work and back . 3 days later i do checks on the car and it didnt have an mot! And the 2nd car being clocked and untaxed dispite a text from leon saying it was!.risking my licience that i need for my job as a driver! I was left without a car over the xmas period and new year unable to get my disabled mother to and from hosptial appointments i then had to buy another car as a runaround while leon owens makes up more lies to not pay me back.Many many many phone calls and ill call you back in 10 minutes im still no further to getting my refund im now £5500 pound out of pocket and have no car to show for it . We are now in may 2017 and still no sign of my money back avoid this garage at all costs.

We resolved this situation so this is very unfair and you should take this Down, you bought a 12 yr old Land Rover and we did advise you and your brother before you bought the were problematic vehicles.

This is an email below that I have sent to Mr Owens from Owne Express Motors following numerous phone calls, text messages and other emails that received no acknowledgement or was fobbed off. I am emailing in reference to a recent conversation with one of your employees. We originally came to view the BMW x3 on January 29th, as it was over a week before we arranged to come up we agreed to pay £200 deposit, as the journey we were making was a long one, we didn't want to risk the car being sold before we arrived. On the 29th we arrived to find the car did not have a long mot as the advert had originally said and was in fact far from road legal with two bold tyres, no rear wiper blade and a giant crack which stemmed across the entire length of the front windscreen. Second to this, you then explained there was problems with the finance, despite all being arranged before we went up. In honesty this started ringing alarm bells, so we agreed to cancel the transaction and you agreed to refund the deposit. At this point, I was frustrated at the cost of stopping in Liverpool overnight and the expense of fuel, for what was essentially a wasted journey. Since then, I have made several phone calls, all of which result in you promising to return a call shortly, or that your wife would process it that evening. Several text messages please see attached, all of which have never been responded too. On Thursday morning just after 9:30am, I called and spoke to somebody called Jamie, who in honesty sounds exactly like yourself. Jamie advised me he would check with the boss and call me back before the morning was over. 1pm I still hadn't heard anything, I call up and Jamie answers, mid me explaining the urgency and severity of the call, he hung up. I called straight back, at this point with no patience. I explained to Jamie, I was giving 48 hours for the money to be back in my account and that I had been advised by my solicitor to take this to a small claims court, whereby I will definitely win and you will then be liable for the return of the deposit, the court costs and potentially for the stress and time this has taken to resolve and equally a potential investigation via trading standards. It is now Sunday 12th March, the month has still not been transferred. My day off is Thursday this week and I have an appointment to start legal proceedings. As a final request, you have until Thursday 9am, for the money to ve in my account (account details below) otherwise the next communication you hear will not be from myself but from my solicitors. Since this email was sent, I have now contact the financial ombudsman, trading standards and if a suitable response is not found i will be taking legal action.

I have had to respond to this nonsense immature review. We have been buying cars from Owens express motors, along with hundreds of family and friends also buying from them and never have I heard such offensive reviews, mr Owens and his team always go above and beyond for all his customers he is only human and like us all doesn't get everything correct at times but I know for sure he try's his best for people before and after sales. I would recommend and I have this company to anyone looking for a fantastic car and a great deal with a friendly warm service.

Bought what I thought was a decent touran from Owens Express Motors. After care is terrible, 4 months later car is knackered, no warranty sent to us, Owens just get fobbed off.

We at Owens express motors ltd, do the best we can do to help people if a car goes wrong we put 12 month rac warranties (£1000) claim limit and 12 month rac breakdown on every vehicle we sell, we sold over 600 cars last year and made a lot of people happy, these reviews are on for a reason but some people use them to damage your reputation by using different names, we do not claim to perfect but if we feel that if the customer is right then we will go all out to fix any problem that occurs, I can assure the public I have put vehicles right if they have gone wrong and sometimes it's cost us thousand but we really do aim to please and get it right most of the time I am only a phone call away from anybody who needs to query anything I've written mobile 07714652853 or 01515233225.

After reading the reviews I was shocked to find the service I was provided at the garage was 5 star.. Car had 7 months mot on on it I asked if I purchased could I have a full 23 month mot on it. After a little chat with the sharp witted mr Owens I had a 13 month mot as part of my purchase along with new brakes and even delivery to my house 40 mile away free of charge.. Sorry but don't agree with previous reviews I would recommend this lovely little garage..
I recently purchased a chrysler voyager from this company owens express motors for £5000 cash on the wording in all advertising buy with confidence 12month races warranty and all cars are inspected with a 100 point safety inspection what a load of rubbish they don't honour warranties never return phone call compulsive liars my car had recently passed a mot with them they let me drive 115 mile home on dangerous brakes that was totally scrap I could have had children in the car i have since spent close to £2000 ontop of the purchase price to make this car safe and road worthy to include diagnostics fees at main dealer for supplying me with incorrect keys in will now report this company to trading standards before they kill some innocent person then I will take them to court

I bought a car from here a few months ago and I am not impressed with the service. I have had numerous issues and they have been no help what so ever they just keep fobbing me off and I have still not received my warranty documents through the post. The car hadn't been valeted when I received it. I would not deal with this company again and I definitely wouldn't recommend them.

Worst dealers in the world after 40 phone calls and a week later I finally got my deposit back after every excuse in the book. This dealer is a shark and has no customer skills what so ever, lie after lie and best of all has no control of his fianaces. Stay well away unless your happy being lied to and messed around
