I have been impressed from the start with Owlet car sales. All of the staff are polite, helpful and accommodating. They have definitely gone above and beyond any expectations I had. I enquired about a dog van but had to wait for a lift to go and see it. They offered to bring it out to me on a trailer so that I could view it, bearing in mind I live 44 miles away. I don't know of anyone else who would do that. I viewed the van, which was in prestine condition, and they were honest and transparent telling them me the ad blue cap was missing & they sent that & a new manual out to me. The van had been described in auto trader as having cruise control which I was pleased about as I use this all of the time. Following this, I found the cruise control didn't work & contacted Owlet. They sent a mechanic to my house to check this, which impressed me, as usually you take your vehicle to them. I was informed the van didn't have cruise control and have to admit I was disappointed but thought I would get used to it. Then Paul rang me to say he would purchase a kit and have it installed at no cost to me. I'm astounded by this generous gesture. I now have cruise control in my van and absolutely love it. I would highly recommend Owlet to everyone. They provide a service like no other, they take their role to provide customer satisfaction very seriously which comes from a well earned pride in their business and ethics. I will definitely look to them again for vehicles in the future.

I have just bought a mini from here and my son and bought his car here. outstanding service what lovely lovely people, kept me informed and sent me photos while car was getting ready for me to drive away. Would recommend them to everyone and first place I would go if I ever need another car! Excellent

Bought a ford s max. I couldn’t pick any fault with the service. Paul refurbished and renewed anything that looked even slightly worn. The timing belt was changed and the car was presented to me in near showroom condition, even though it’s 14 years old. I couldn’t haggle with the screen price with this level of service. Thanks Paul

My daughter bought a car from Owlet Car Sales a year ago and had a number of problems with it. After a year she wanted it gone and saw another car at Owlet she liked. The two guys we dealt with were upset the car had misbehaved and did everything they could to help my daughter get the car she wanted. Their whole approach was professional with an extremely helpful personal touch. I have never experienced such fantastic service from a car dealer.
