My wife and I have been considering buying a new Fiat 500 E for several years. We went to PDH motors in Hassocks and was given a test drive in a dark blue green Fiat 500 E Cabriolet. We opened the roof and drove off from the garage into the pleasant countryside of Hassocks. We could not believe how comfortable the Italian vehicle was. It was not just the open roof, it was the one pedal driving and the beautiful 10.5 ins sat nav screen. When we returned to the garage Joshua was waiting for us. We sat down together and discussed how we could pay for it. After Joshua carefully describe the various purchasing options we drove back home to Brighton. Top of the range Fiat 500 E's are not cheap when hire purchase is added the figure is quite steep compared to a petrol driven car. So we delayed buying the Fiat and started looking at its competitors. We looked at the Honda E because we have a Honda Jazz, but when we saw it, it didn't look anything like our Jazz, it's an ugly car. We tried the Zoe Electric and the MG Electric we even looked at a Kia Electric. They all seemed too big for uas. We are in our seventies most of our driving is around Brighton. There is just the two of us so we did not mind about the two small back seats. Finally we returned to PDF Hassocks and asked Joshua if we could test drive a beautiful Rose Gold Fiat 500 E, Prima. He carefully explained how to start the car's a push button ignition system. He showed us how to engage the drive gear and we drove off once more into the sunny countryside of Hassocks, when we returned we explained to Joshua we were cash buyers, because as far as I am concerned paying hire purchase interest in a time that the country is going through 10% inflation is not wise especially when one is retired and living on a fixed income. Joshua helped us to get new car insurance, and he gave me a printed car manual as well as a series of easy to understand Fiat 500E videos. I returned a week later after driving the car around Brighton and fixing up an AC connection from our old mews house to the car outside in the mews. All we had to do was connect the car to our 13amp electricity supply through the extra large letter box of the garage doors and the little green lights on the charging panel started flashing to indicate the car was charging. Throughout the whole process Joshua was polite and highly informative about the purchase of our first electric car. As far as I am concerned I would say that Joshua is the best car salesman I have encountered and at eighty years of age I have encountered quite a few. Have just bought a used car from PDH and the sales person [Joshua] provided excellent service and made the whole process straightforward. Communication was excellent and any questions were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. Some minor after sales queries also solved in a friendly way. All staff at PDH are very helpful. This is the second Fiat I have bought from PDH in 3 years and the former experience was also good. Servicing has also been good.
